"As a first timer i found this a near perfect fit for my needs. Staff were very attentive and accommodating to my needs and also spoke English ( a rarity in Thailand) The room fitted the description on the site and lived up to my expectations. Would highly recommend for anyone going to Khon Kaen"
"The hotel is good, it is better in the local area. I stayed for one night while attending a friend's wedding. There are Thai baths and massages nearby. There are also night markets and 7-11. It is very convenient in all aspects of eating. The front desk is very welcoming"

"This is a decent hotel right in the very center of Khon Kaen. I paid about 20USD per night, and for the price seems very good value. Friendly staff, clean bedding, strong aircon.
I was here during Songkran (the Buddhist New Year) period, so there was quite a lot of noise from the street such as speakers, concerts etc....I *assume* this isn't a problem 99% of the year though, and I don't fault the hotel for it.
There's a pool on the ground floor which I didn't get to use, but it seemed nice enough.
Overall good value for money, and worth staying if you are looking for a hotel in downtown KK.

"The hotel in the city and is not very deep in the alley. The level of cleanliness is good, the bathroom is luxurious, suitable for the price, there is a hair dryer. Breakfast is provided, but I want you to have breakfast from 5 am, it will be very good. I don't want to wait until 7 o'clock, the air conditioner is cool, but I want to add a little more light in the room."

Amazing
NNewtonKKNThe staff were lovely from the moment I checked in. The rooms have a rustic charm while being modern, comfortable, and clean. There is a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic views and a bar that offers a great atmosphere at night. The location is convenient, as it’s close to Central Festival Khon Kaen, the City Pillar Shrine (San Lak Muang), tour agencies, and money exchange shops.
The bartender made a fantastic drink, and the rooftop bar provided a nice nightlife view.
RR. DemaThe hotel is nice and well decorated.
The room was nice and comfortable.
The only things negative of the room were no extractor fan in the toilet, strange marks left from the previous guest on the wall.
Also the poor breakfast for 250 in front of a not well maintained swimming pool deserves a bad point, very bad coffee and not many meat choices. Before leave we discovered that we can have an egg on the pan.. But nobody of the staff told us.
GGuest UserIt is great hotel in a central location walking distance to bars food. The building is old and rooms show that but is kept clean and tidy. The kids loved the swimming pool only let down was food ordered a rib eye steak came up with a lump of meat nothing like rib eye but full of unchewable fat and not cheap. Would I stay there again the answer is no for that price there a lot of options very close to this location which have far more going for them
GGuest UserThis is my third times choosing khon Kean hotel whenever I go khon Kean. The staffs are very nice and warm. The room are well kept. Thanks for making our stayed a memorial one. Will be back soon.
RRambo101Was a decent stay. For the price you pay you definitely get your monies worth that’s for sure. Decent sized room. Only thing I would say negative is the tv is very old and in the pics and description it stated flat screen tv. Apart from that the place was great. They’ve also got a good restaurant inside with great value and great tasting food too
寶寶號The hotel room was a bit old, stayed for 3 nights, the first night I found that the mosquito and gecko will inevitably have. There is only one pair of slippers in the double room. I am used to bringing my own slippers and toothbrushes. Breakfast is relatively simple, and the portion is small, I order 3 breakfasts for two people every time, of course, an extra one is to pay.
Although she is not an excellent hotel, the place is not small and green enough, and it is cheap, close to the city center, and it takes half an hour to drive to the basic attractions.
MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.
SSasiiiiGood bed, very big TV, lay down and watched YouTube all day. The first room had a problem with the air conditioner being loud and dripping water. The staff changed the room immediately. The location is very good, convenient to travel. Breakfast is provided, 2 bottles of drinking water are provided every day, there is a wardrobe (a little old), and a refrigerator. Very good. But the room is a little old, but I forgive it. I will stay again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean enough, had a lovely view of the lake and the beds were comfy, air con worked, and it was decent basic accommodation. The wardrobe doors were broken and the drains smelt from the bathroom, which wasn't the nicest. To be honest the whole place could do with a facelift and a lick of paint but the room we had was spacious and its cheap, simple accommodation. The rooftop is actually very lovely, with views out over the lake and the city. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly with no frills, and we all did our best to communicate with English/Thai barrier.
