"The hotel is good, it is better in the local area. I stayed for one night while attending a friend's wedding. There are Thai baths and massages nearby. There are also night markets and 7-11. It is very convenient in all aspects of eating. The front desk is very welcoming"

"The room is good. It would be better if they have provided water heater with free coffee sachets in the room. But what I like most about it is its location. Super close to everything. You can just walk to Central mall and to Adlib hotel to experience KK's sky walk."

"Went to rest during the assistant exam. The hotel is near Kaen Nakhon School, walking distance to the exam in a chill way.
Around the hotel there are Topsdaily, 7-11 and many restaurants. Don't be afraid to starve at all.
Most importantly, the hotel is very new. The room is clean, super comfortable, the TV is Smart TV, open Youtube Netflix, enjoy, sleep well every night. Worth the price If there is a chance to come to Khon Kaen again, will come to stay again."

"The hotel in the city and is not very deep in the alley. The level of cleanliness is good, the bathroom is luxurious, suitable for the price, there is a hair dryer. Breakfast is provided, but I want you to have breakfast from 5 am, it will be very good. I don't want to wait until 7 o'clock, the air conditioner is cool, but I want to add a little more light in the room."

GGuest UserHave stayed before nice hotel. Breakfast was ok plenty off choice . The swimming pool is very clean a nice. But my only complaint is that a guest was allowed to smoke next to other guests this gentleman was smoking ********* and the smell was not great they was no staff to tell him off . But on Wednesday he was coughing by the staff. Why is staff not checking the pool and guest’s . I made complaint but no management available. This went on for 3 days no staff check the pool area

My recent stay at Avani Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre was fantastic. The hotel is well-suited for both business and leisure travelers, offering a blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. The location is central, close to the main attractions and city center, making it easy to explore Khon Kaen.
The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the hotel’s convention facilities, which would be ideal for any business events or conferences.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options, all of which were fresh and delicious. Overall, Avani Khon Kaen offers great value and a high standard of service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Khon Kaen, whether for business or pleasure.

เเที่ยวให้รู้The hotel is near Bueng Kaen Nakhon. Near convenience store The bedroom is reasonably good, the air conditioner is cool, but the room smells like onions from time to time. The bathroom is cramped and looks a little clean. The shower cap is small and easily torn. The old check cloth is beginning to tear and turn yellow. The quality is a little low. There is also a 500 baht deposit here. Pictures of the room may have been taken long ago. When I actually arrived, it looked much older than that. Breakfast is only available as a set, such as eggs, ham, pan-fried eggs, and rice with cabbage, but the chef opens at 7:30 a.m., so if the chef comes late on some days, he gets to eat eggs, sausage, and ham, just one menu. Summary of the overall picture, if it's easy to live, easy to eat, don't think. No matter how much, it's enough to live with. I just feel like The price paid is higher than the service received.

^^ BEEM^Not difficult to find in the city center. The alley goes into a small alley. I want you to take care of the garden part. I want to decorate it to look good as usual. The atmosphere is private. receptionist The staff taking care of the place (hitchhiking) provide good service in the rooms. I really like the spacious room..but the room has mosquitoes. I want the staff to take care of this as well. Overall, if I go to Khon Kaen again. Definitely go stay here👏

MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.

SSasiiiiGood bed, very big TV, lay down and watched YouTube all day. The first room had a problem with the air conditioner being loud and dripping water. The staff changed the room immediately. The location is very good, convenient to travel. Breakfast is provided, 2 bottles of drinking water are provided every day, there is a wardrobe (a little old), and a refrigerator. Very good. But the room is a little old, but I forgive it. I will stay again.

GGuest UserThe vegetables harvested from the organic farm in the resort are very fresh and delicious. The staff is also very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The roads around the resort were bumpy, but I wanted to relax and stay in the hotel again.
