The conference service was exemplary as headed by Florence who was out main contact person and Esther,Stanley and Triza. The breaks were on time and all our requests were handled to the core The buffet is to die for. So yummy All thanks to my sales person Maureen who is just the best,she is swift with requests and rest assured your guests will be taken care of.

The experience at Nairobi Safari Club by Swiss Bel Hotel exceptional and the staff at the hotel were very friendly especially Florence. Loved everything about the hotel. Definitely worth a second visit and stay at the hotel. The culinary experience was also good.

Great customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was delicious. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the hotel restaurant served some of the best food we had during our stay. The room was comfortable, with great attention to detail.
