There’s a kitchen, a good bed, a beautiful view, friendly staff, it’s clean, it’s close to the beach and it has stores within a walking distance. Overall a nice place to stay. I stayed there for eight nights and had absolutely no problems.

Very standard hotel in desperate need of renovation and a gardener. Poor cleaning and appliances in the kitchen. No umbrellas on the balconies, hence one cannot when the sun is up.

Brilliant value for money. Planned to stay one night and stay an extra night. Big family room with large balcony and great sea view. Highly recommended.

The room and sea view were great but the loud refrigerator was so annoying that we had to turn it off and not use it. Sadly, we could hear loud buzzing coming from the air conditioners, washers and fridges in the rooms next to us, especially at night. The person mopping the floors didn’t use clean water or nice smelling detergent, either. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The view from the (huge) balcony is breath-taking and at a very convenient distance from the beach and the town of Poros. At night, with good weather condition you'll see tons of stars!!!

Τα δωμάτια στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με τον τρόπο που παρουσιάζονται στις φωτογραφίες, είναι πολύ διαφορετική η εικόνα τους!.. Καταρχήν δεν μας ενημέρωσε κανείς ότι το δωμάτιό μας θα είναι στον 5 όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ και ότι θα έπρεπε να ανεβοκατεβαίνουμε καθημερινά 83 σκαλιά με δύσκολη πρόσβαση!! Έχοντας πράγματα μας έκανε δύσκολες τις διακοπές μας και επίσης δεν μπορούσαμε κατά την διάρκεια της ημέρας να ανέβουμε πάλι στο δωμάτιο διότι σκεφτόμασταν τα πολλά σκαλιά μέσα στην ζέστη, οπότε στην ουσία δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε χρήση του δωματίου όποτε θέλαμε. Ακουγόταν βουητό από όλα τα κλιματιστικά και εντός του δωματίου και εκτός στο μπαλκόνι από τα υπόλοιπα κλιματιστικά των άλλων δωματίων και δεν μπορούσαμε το βράδυ να κοιμηθούμε από το βουητό. Δωμάτια με μεγάλη προχειρότητα, μύριζαν μούχλα, σπασμένο καπάκι τουαλέτας το οποίο το αφαιρέσαμε τελείως, την δεύτερη μέρα έπεσε η κάσα από την πόρτα του μπάνιου, μαξιλάρια άθλια και ζητήσαμε άλλα, οι ξύλινες καρέκλες στο μπαλκόνι ότι πιο άβολο και χωρίς μαξιλάρια οπότε δεν μπορούσαμε να κάτσουμε ούτε καφέ να πιούμε στο μπαλκόνι διότι πιανόμασταν. Το πιο απαράδεκτο όλων, το μπάνιο δεν είχε ούτε παράθυρο ούτε εξαερισμό!!! Καθημερινά ρίχναμε χλωρίνη σε όλα τα σιφώνια και αφήναμε την πόρτα του μπαλκονιού ανοιχτή όταν φεύγαμε από το δωμάτιο διότι η οσμή από την αποχέτευση έπιανε όλο το δωμάτιο και ήταν αδύνατο να μείνουμε μέσα!!! Κάναμε μπάνιο με ανοιχτή την πόρτα διότι η έλλειψη εξαερισμού έκανε την ατμόσφαιρα στο μπάνιο αποπνικτική!!!. Το διπλό κρεβάτι στο δωμάτιο, αποτελούμενο από δύο μονά το ένα δίπλα στο άλλο στην μία πλευρά, επειδή είχε σπάσει το πόδι είχαν βάλει τούβλο!!! Το ίδιο είχαν κάνει και στο μονό κρεβάτι του χολ και εκεί είχαν στηρίξει το κρεβάτι με τούβλο!!! Κλιματιστικό είχε μόνο ένα στο δωμάτιο, οπότε οι άλλοι δύο που κοιμόντουσαν στο χολ δεν είχαν κλιματιστικό και το παράθυρο δεν είχε σήτα!!! Πολύ στενοί δρόμοι και έλλειψη παρκινγκ-είχε μόνο για 5 αυτοκίνητα δεδομένου ότι το κτήριο είναι 7όροφο με πολλά δωμάτια. Πολλές φορές ήμασταν αναγκασμένοι να παρκάρουμε 5-10 λεπτά μακριά από το δωμάτιο και μόνο με όπισθεν! και σε ανηφόρα!, διότι δεν υπήρχε χώρος καθόλου για αναστροφή. Τέλος, δεν είχε ούτε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό στο ψυγείο έστω μόνο για την πρώτη μέρα και όντας από ταξίδι και ανέβασμα τόσων σκαλοπατιών φτάσαμε στο δωμάτιο και δεν είχαμε νερό να πιούμε δεδομένου της ζέστης!!! Πρωινό καθόλου ούτε έστω ένα βαζάκι ζάχαρη ή καφέ, δύο μόνο μικρά σαπουνάκια χεριών για 4 άτομα! για 4 ημέρες! και γενικά καμία παροχή για 570 ευρώ για τέσσερις ημέρες, πολύ κακό! Δεν το συστήνω καθόλου! Απαράδεκτο!
