Staff service not good. Receptionist good. Not given water free of cost. Roomt condition is good but ac condition not good.

The property location is in central kolkata, food is also good. Just two problems are there; #1. No elevator as the property is an old one and very difficult for for persons with breathing problem and # the washroom, although very clean and well maintained, remains wet for a long time. Otherwise, the staff and management are very cordial and helpful.

Extremely non cooperative staff. Pathetic rooms with no ventilation and poor service. Staff keep sleeping till 8 am with no botheration if someone needs any help in the morning. No one responds in reception.

Very small rooms so its not a comfortable stay. Hygiene is good. Staff are good. I will not recommend it.

One might find it a little hard to locate at first but can slowly get accustomed to the location and the area. As well as their food, the room services and the hosts are unbelievably good. I would certainly give it a go with out any second doubt next time.

This is an excellent hotel for the solo traveller, and reasonably priced for the centre of Kolkata. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kolkata again. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We book one deluxe room for one day. The room, although small, is nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean too. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The room was very much small. Bathroom was smelling bad. Complimentary water bottle was only of 200ml. Food quality was average. The only positive point of this hotel is location.
