We had a room with balcony view of the lake and it was fantastic. The staff was very kind and helpful. A great restaurant is in a neighboring building. Don’t miss the breakfast.

The bed is very comfortable. The rooms are rather too warm. The rooms are simply designed. The rooms are clean. We were there over the New Year. The New Year's dinner was very good. It's a shame that the staff doesn't speak German well. We poured the wine ourselves. Didn't have everything on the menu in stock. Personally, I was missing that certain something, the room was so empty and loveless.

We only stayed one night but overall the hotel did not meet expectations: first of all the room was supposed to be a Superior type A and instead we were assigned a standard one (in the end we accepted a discount on the payment given the impossibility of changing it); the rooms with carpet and dated furniture did not feel clean. Only the bathroom (particularly small) has been renovated. We had to request toiletries which were just basic. The breakfast room also needs renovation (for example, it is not pleasant to sit on a stained chair), breakfast was fine. The rooms are neat/clean and the staff is courteous and attentive. A shortcoming is the hotel's own parking spaces, there are very few and SUV drivers need strong nerves when parking and exiting. As an alternative, there are also some available in the neighboring ferry port at €16.00 per day. With the booking you will receive a season ticket for public transport at the reception. I haven't ridden that much bus in a long time. Line 1, which leaves right next to the hotel in the ferry port, takes you to the train station and puts you right in the middle. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti durante il giro del lago di costanza in bici, rimane decisamente lontano dal centro e occorre muoversi o con il bus o con l'auto, stanza piccoline e non troppo curate, ma bella la posizione essendo fronte lago, personale non disponibile, alla sera dopo le 20,30 non servono nemmeno una birra da bere, punto molto positivo la colazione!

Hôtel ancien très bien situé sur une place en face du bac traversant le lac. Chambres vieillottes, mais confortables. Personnel très serviable et accueillant (réception et restaurant). Petit-déjeuner et dîner (belle terrasse donnant sur le lac) bien. Bémols : quasiment pas de places de parking de l'hôtel, pas de climatisation ( avec les jours de canicule très pénibles !) peu de produits dans la salle de bains ( 2 sachets de gel douche pour 2 personnes pour une nuit !), chambres très mal insonorisées ce qui rend le sommeil difficile, en plus sans climatisation avec les fenêtres ouvertes et beaucoup de bruit le soir sur la place). Franchement : désagréable !
