I consulted the doctor for very specific treatment of my father after recovering from a critical disease. Dr. Sreejith is very knowledgeable, humble and very helpful. My dad's health is in a very good condition after his treatments. Always recommend this place. Moreover, the ambience of the place is very soothing and serene. That itself helps you calm down

Me with family visited Athreya Ayurveda last July . We had a great experience of hospitality and ayurvedic treatments. Dr.Sreejit and Dr.Jayalekshmi with entire staff personify authentic Ayurveda with excellent services. I had interaction with other guests who had got great relief at Athreya for their ailments which they could not get from other systems and modalities.The interaction with Doctors happens much earlier with a pre arrival consultation and video information of the treatments before booking. Hats off to Dr.Sreejit who provides keen attention to details personally which produces great results . The stay and short sightseeing trip gave us a memorable experience for which we are eager and happy to revisit.

I cannot share the good experience i had at Athreya in words. But still to mention a few Ambience was so nice , Spiritual , peaceful that i feel like living there for ever. Food was very healthy . Treatments were very relaxing specially massages and shirodhara. And Dr Srijit followed up very closely. I am looking forward to go to Athreya again and this time for 21 days.

Hi all, I was there 2 months ago with a friends. For me it was 2nd best experince that Ive done so for in my life. After 2 weeks of detox: my mind really calm and my body its lighter. From my point of view its an experince that you need to try at least once in your life. Instead of going to all inclusive to some resort, chose insted Ahtreya Ayurvedic Center and your body and mind will thank you in the following months. If you have any questions, feel free to write. Have you have a great time there if you decide to go! Forgot to mention: - the place is super clear; - the food was great; - all the stuff are really helpful; - you have an "army" of people that look after you and make sure that you get the best results from your treatment; - you will see a lot of improvments from treatments in the following weeks after treatment; - for sure I will go again in the next 2 or 3 years

Because of my chronic digestive issues for over 40 years, I hv been to many ayurvedic centres and my search has finally stopped at Athreya. Frankly speaking Athreya feels like a home with Dr Srijeet and Dr Laxmi being the father and mother in it, they take care of every need of yours at any time of the day. Same is with all the doctors and other staff who take care for smallest of your requirements. For pure ayurvedic treatment you are in the best hands of a highly dedicated and a genius in his field. Overall stay was good . Doctors are very helpful and concerned for improving the patients existing medical conditions. Inflammation has reduced and energy has been revived to a great extent . Would definitely go back for a longer stay !! ❤️❤️❤️

Athreya Ayurvedic Centre is an excellent place for a very good treatment, due to their therapists (I had Needhu und Surya, two very helpful and competent young women) and due to the 'souls' of the place, Dr. Sreejit and his wife Dr. Jayalakshmi. And there is Sudeesh, who is most helpful and who knows everything and even gives you tips for cooking healthy food. He and the kitchen staff provide nutritious and savoury food, the housekeepers keep the rooms and the gardens tidy and clean and they always greet the guests friendly and with a big smile. The whole treatment is well organized and aligned with the individual demands and needs of a person. And what I particularely liked: The Centre is surrounded by rice paddies and cows are grazing nearby. In the morning and in the evening you get the most stunning concert of all the different birds living there in the palm- and the mangotrees so that it is sometimes difficult to understand the Yogateacher. The Yoga lessons were a wonderful experience for me, being very sports-minded, but with little experience with Yoga. Now, back home, I am motivated to integrate as much as possible from what I have learned and experienced in my daily life! And, perhaps, I will be back next year? Ich wurde von den beiden jungen Therapeutinnen Needhu und Surya immer sehr gut unterstützt und ich genoss all die Therapien dank ihrer Kompetenz und Ruhe sehr. Dr. Sreejit und seine Frau Dr. Jayalakshmi begleiten die Kurgäste auf eine sehr hilfreiche Art und Weise, indem die Therapien auf Video zum Voraus durch den Arzt selber demonstriert werden und regelmässige Konsultationen stattfinden. Die Köchinnen und Köche mit Sudeesh an der Spitze sorgen für schmackhaftes und gesundes Essen, Raoul, der Hausmeister, macht jeden Abend mit dem Weihrauchgefäss eine Runde durch die Zimmer, um verirrte Mücken zu vertreiben und die 7 Frauen, die die Zimmer und die Anlage sauber halten, grüssen jede und jeden mit einem freundlichen Lachen. Ich selber habe es genossen, drei Wochen von Reisfeldern umgeben zu sein, mich morgens von einem Vogelkonzert wecken zu lassen und während des Essens die reiche Vegetation zu beobachten. Ein weiteres Highlight waren für mich die Yogastunden, denen ich als sportliche Person mit wenig Yogakenntnissen gut folgen konnte.Und nun friere ich zu Hause und versuche möglichst viele Anregungen in meinen Alltag zu integrieren. Und wer weiss, vielleicht mache ich nächstes Jahr wieder einen Abstecher ins Athreya Zentrum? Theresa ---

Athreya has been life changing for me . It has given me control of my health . renewed vigour and enthusiasm . Health : I have experienced drastic improvements in my health. In the 14 days of my stay at Athreya, I saw drastic changes in the inflamed areas In several parts of my body. My sleep quality has improved, my digestion, my stress levels have gone down, enthusiasm has returned, my lifestyle has improved so much. I had prolonged issue with my lower back pain and foot, sudden weight gain to name a few. Not only did Athreya help me resolve these issues, but the best part is, even after being out of the facility, I’m able to maintain the lifestyle that I aspired for myself. This renewed willpower, strength, and enthusiasm is the greatest gift, I could ask from anyone. I am eternally thankful to the staff at Athreya, Dr Srijith , Dr Jeyalakshmi , the team of doctors, the nurses and all the support staff for taking such good care of me while I was there.
