Room is clean and spacious. Best feature is the water dispenser with both hot and cold water which makes water refill so easy. Bathroom has basic amenities and the shower head has a comfortable water pressure. Reception and security staff are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, a short walk to Berjaya Times Square, although need to dash across the busy road. Overall a satisfactory stay.
Communication via WhatsApp was absolutely problem-free and well-organized. Very helpful team and responses were prompt. Our apartment (2 beds) was very clean and well-equipped (towels, small balcony, full kitchen). Lucentia Residence is very well located (Hang Tuah station; or via Grab Taxi or airasia move) and is right next to the Lalaport Bukit Bintang mall. There is a direct connection to the mall via the ”G” floor. Berjaya Times Square is also easily accessible via a walkway through the Lalaport Mall (exit by the bookstore). Both pools (floor 35, 3A) were clean and the view of the city was amazing.
Totally worth the price. Easily accessible if you come by car and very good for travels with the monorails too. My third time staying with them and always great service and easy to communicate!

Nice budget hotel in the heart ok KL city. Walking distance to 2 LRT stations ( Chan Sow Lin and Pudu). Cheapest price on Trip.com compared to others website.
It was good but the only thing i was frustrated was the toilet seat was not uneven. It could be much better. And i left my telekung there. Hopefully its still there.
The rooftop space is accessible from 9am onwards. It offers a great view of all the highest landmarks in KL. The current bar serves alcohol and halal food. On the ground floor there is a 7-11 convenience store and a large shop selling snacks imported from China. Pudu LRT is a 5min walk away, using a pedestrian overhead bridge and a partially covered path. Many food options in the streets behind, in the way of coffeeshops and mid-range eateries.
We really enjoyed staying at this apartment, it is highly recommended for those of you who want to vacation in Kuala Lumpur. Staying only 2 nights here felt like a loss because everything was very memorable
In the future, I will choose this as a place to stay if I have the opportunity to holiday again in Kuala Lumpur

I went straight to the accommodation with the reservation voucher from the airport, but I was flustered because the host said there were no rooms and that there was nothing more I could do.
My phone battery was dead, so I went to the underground food court of LaLaport Mall with my heavy luggage to charge it, and after several calls with a Trip.com customer service representative, I went to a nearby hotel.
Fortunately, they found a good hotel, so I was able to stay here for 3 out of 4 nights and the last night.
I asked the Trip.com customer service representative to confirm with the host that the last night was exactly booked, and I received several confirmations.
I arrived on a 2 PM flight, but when I arrived at the nearby hotel, it was 8 PM.
My daily schedule was blown away, so I felt like I was wasting time.
I was able to stay here for the last night, and the pool, sauna, and other facilities were great, but the disappointing thing was that there were ants, the reservation was not smooth, and I had to call to ask how to check out.
I feel so embarrassed when I think about how I went abroad and couldn't even check in because they said there were no rooms, and the security guard wouldn't let me into the lobby, so I had to stand there in a panic where cars were making U-turns. ㅠ.ㅠ
The room is really as well-equipped as an apartment. It has a lot of space and is very comfortable to live in. The gym and infinity swimming pool can be said to be perfect. It is a must-go place for check-in. At the same time, it is much cheaper than those hotels near the Petronas Towers, and the price-performance ratio is very high.
The hotel location was great, close to the pavilion, and the view was great, it was clean, and the attention to detail for guests was great~
I definitely want to use it again next time~!

GGuest UserThe location is moderate. It is easy to get a taxi. There is also a swimming pool slide downstairs, which is great~

@@dzenandreyBeautiful place. Amazing views of the entire city. Magic garden on the 8th floor. Incredible pool at 35. I lived at 39 and couldn’t sleep because I was admiring the views through the window. There is a shopping center accessible through the parking lot. There's a whole street with cafes. 4 floors of shops. You will find everything you want. When checking in, make sure you have a QR code, otherwise you will not be allowed into the complex. You will have to write to managers, call and explain who you are. Security is strict, but very friendly. They will listen to you and help you if you smile and look at them through the eyes of the cat from Shrek. In short, I had no questions. I lived for 4 wonderful days.
YY4042ZPjamiecWe arrived at U pac late in the evening ready to check in. We were greeted by a man who was very rude to us regarding the amount we paid to stay there. He proceeded to print out my booking and point out how I had supposedly ripped them off and people pay a lot more to stay there. Given the hotel is half an hour's walk from any public transport, in the most run down area of Kuala Lumpur and the streets are full of rubbish and frequented with rats I find that hard to believe. Once the manager begrudgingly decided to accept our booking I was made to hand over a 100 Malaysian Ringgit deposit. This was not communicated to us before arriving and as we had just come from the airport we had no cash to hand over. In my naivety I expected him to allow us to pay the next day as it was already half 11 at night at this rate. Unfortunately I was made to go and find the nearest cash point which was a half an hour walk away and down some very dodgy alleyways. When I got back to the hotel dripping in sweat due to the long flight and extreme heat I handed over the deposit and was told that my reward for my efforts were that he wasn't going to kick us out the hotel. We were then shown to our room. Which looked nothing like the picture there was no window, a bathroom that flooded with every shower, and stained towels and bedsheets. I would have forgiven this had our reception been more pleasant but alas it was not. The one silver lining of our stay was the lady on the front desk during the day was very lovely and welcoming.
AAlicia226A comfortable stay experience
This hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient surrounding transportation, which is suitable for business trips or tourism. The room layout is reasonable, the cleanliness is satisfactory, and the bed is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good sleep quality. It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel staff always smiles and provides meticulous service. The breakfast is varied and the taste is satisfactory. It is a very pleasant stay experience.
DDamodaraRaoPlace is very nice . But issue is there no reception to check in and check out and location quite far from main road.there is public transport and cab also. We have to go to main reception to check in that is 1.5km far from this place. You will not find the cab also. Terrible experience
忽忽晚The hotel is in an easy-to-find location, surrounded by snacks, shops, and convenient living. The hotel rooms are cleaned by staff every day, and the rooms are clean and odorless. It is a very good experience
