The room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid soap and lotion are all provided. It even provides a complimentary mini bar which will be replenished everyday! Not forgetting to mention the availability of a water dispenser in the room! Very convenient, very comfortable and definitely will stay again!
The accommodation is located next to Lalaport, but you need to find the link to the shopping area via the G floor. You are given lots of instructions re: check-in & check out via whatsapp. There is an infinity pool on the 35th floor with see-through glass at the bottom of the pool. Fantastic view from the pool towards Petronas & KL Towers, esp at night. There is also a gym, sauna & spa. It is a maze to get around the residence, but please follow all instructions given by host & building management.
Great location. The views are epic. There’s Lalaport mall giant shopping center at the ground floor. Super secure building. All the (many) guards were really helpful and friendly. The rooftop swimming pool is fantastic. They have a transparent ring in the floor of the pool that you can look through as you swim over it which is wild. Will definitely book here again. No question.
PS - for cat lovers, highly recommend the cat café next door at Lalaport. Meow.

Location good. You can actually check out at 12. The pool is free and the restaurant there is good and cheap and has a great view. The room is very nice at first glance but once you inspect it closer you find flaws. There was a cockroach in the shower. It was also very moldy, could use a proper bleaching. The toilet had weird sounds and smells coming out. There is no outlet next to the bed. And the ones next to tv have poor connection. Also, it was kind of concerning that the next door room had a hole in the door and was completely trashed (last two pics). I was kinda scared. I would have appreciated an explanation or something.
It was good but the only thing i was frustrated was the toilet seat was not uneven. It could be much better. And i left my telekung there. Hopefully its still there.
Honestly this is my first and last to come here. I really scared because the light is dim, suddenly the toilet room dark because the bulb have problem. Then we change other room but the towel smell, no mineral water and the iron so dirty.
I had a fantastic stay at Harmony Luxury Suites at Lucentia From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, clean ,comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. I particularly enjoyed the infinity pool view and the other facilities. It made my visit truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL and looking forward to staying here again!
Beautiful place. Amazing views of the entire city. Magic garden on the 8th floor. Incredible pool at 35. I lived at 39 and couldn’t sleep because I was admiring the views through the window. There is a shopping center accessible through the parking lot. There's a whole street with cafes. 4 floors of shops. You will find everything you want. When checking in, make sure you have a QR code, otherwise you will not be allowed into the complex. You will have to write to managers, call and explain who you are. Security is strict, but very friendly. They will listen to you and help you if you smile and look at them through the eyes of the cat from Shrek. In short, I had no questions. I lived for 4 wonderful days.

GGuest UserThe location is moderate. It is easy to get a taxi. There is also a swimming pool slide downstairs, which is great~
GGuest UserWe really enjoyed staying at this apartment, it is highly recommended for those of you who want to vacation in Kuala Lumpur. Staying only 2 nights here felt like a loss because everything was very memorable
In the future, I will choose this as a place to stay if I have the opportunity to holiday again in Kuala Lumpur

AAlicia226A comfortable stay experience
This hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient surrounding transportation, which is suitable for business trips or tourism. The room layout is reasonable, the cleanliness is satisfactory, and the bed is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good sleep quality. It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel staff always smiles and provides meticulous service. The breakfast is varied and the taste is satisfactory. It is a very pleasant stay experience.
GGuest UserI went straight to the accommodation with the reservation voucher from the airport, but I was flustered because the host said there were no rooms and that there was nothing more I could do.
My phone battery was dead, so I went to the underground food court of LaLaport Mall with my heavy luggage to charge it, and after several calls with a Trip.com customer service representative, I went to a nearby hotel.
Fortunately, they found a good hotel, so I was able to stay here for 3 out of 4 nights and the last night.
I asked the Trip.com customer service representative to confirm with the host that the last night was exactly booked, and I received several confirmations.
I arrived on a 2 PM flight, but when I arrived at the nearby hotel, it was 8 PM.
My daily schedule was blown away, so I felt like I was wasting time.
I was able to stay here for the last night, and the pool, sauna, and other facilities were great, but the disappointing thing was that there were ants, the reservation was not smooth, and I had to call to ask how to check out.
I feel so embarrassed when I think about how I went abroad and couldn't even check in because they said there were no rooms, and the security guard wouldn't let me into the lobby, so I had to stand there in a panic where cars were making U-turns. ㅠ.ㅠ
GGuest UserThe only good thing is the staff and location. The rooms leave much to be desired, it’s good that we rented a room without spending the night, just to wait for the plane. The toilet is dirty, the room as a whole is uncomfortable, there is nothing
