Obviously the resort is beautiful and has breathing taking scenic views. But it was the staff who won us over. Their attention to detail and trying to give their best make us feel comfortable is something that I totally admire of this resort. Kudos to the staff of kumarakom

Excellent stay! Looking forward to staying again in the future! Aarthy, Matthews, and Kavi ***** with ***y others were ready to help us in a moments notice! Plenty of food options, all very delicious! So ***y activities, we couldn’t complete them all in the two days we were here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone who visits Kumarakom!

During our recent stay at KLR ( Kumarakom Lake Resort ) my family & I had an absolutely wonderful holiday . As parent of a son who is autistic finding a welcoming & Understanding environment is paramount & we were thrilled with the exceptional care and support provided by the staff. From the time we arrived we were greeted with warmth & compassion . The staff went above & beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring that our son felt comfortable & included throughout the stay. Their attention to detail & genuine kindness made all the difference allowing us to relax and truly enjoy our time together as a family. The facilities were fantastic, the food delicious and the overall a**osphere incredibly inviting. We cannot thank Sanjay Verma & his entire team enough especially Agiya , Arathi & Akshay for making our holiday an unforgettable experience & look forward to coming back in the future

An amazing stay with great food and comfortable rooms! A perfect weekend getaway - Their spa is super relaxing and the best of their services! Mr. Kavi, their in house photographer is super talented and clicks the most creative pictures. The hospitality staff are approachable and super helpful! A worthwhile stay that we would recommend as a must visit place.

The resort is really scenic and relaxing. If you want good pictures taken, they have their in house professional photographer- ‘Kavi’ He will help you with everything you want in the property. Really enjoyed the trip. We visited for our parents anniversary and it was worth while

Fabulous hotel with tonnes of charm, set in a picturesque location. Staff went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. Food onsite was excellent with live entertainment every night. Spa facilities fantastic too. Will certainly be returning in the future.

It was fabulous stay in the resort. Taking right from resorts room to food, everything was awesome! The activities they have arranged right in the resort i.e potery, yoga, cruise was all amazing. Wonderstruck by the resort arrangements and beauty. The natural backwater and lakes it us surrounded by it makes the resort beautiful! Special mention to the Kavi, he took some amazing clicks of us.

Shall come back to this place again & again. Hospitality at its best . Sanjay ji the ever dynamic GM & his entire team of Jewel, whose really good with coordinating things to perfection , Aleena from guest relations who is amazing , entire F & B team & ever friendly & the best photographer ever Kavi,who helps us treasure our memories until next year are just too good to be true .. Food.. No words . Be it the exotic taste of Koon Cheriayulli Thengapal soup or the Malabar fish curry it's the best . . Our most favourite place to get rejuvenated..
