I casually opened Ctrip and booked a hotel. I didn’t expect the service to be so good. My pants were dirty and I came to the front desk to pick them up. They then gave me a plate of fresh fruit. As a result, my clothes were washed and brought to me. I found that they were delivered in the wrong way. They also delivered milk and a Deluxe. Seeing that we were the first We were given two free breakfasts during one stay. They also thoughtfully gave us chrysanthemum tea when we came out in the morning. We were already halfway there by taxi. The front desk called and said that they came to our room to give us aromatherapy. Although we didn't get it, we still thank you very much. I have stayed in so many hotels outside, but few have such good service attitude, which is comparable to the service of the Thousand Yuan Hotel. I will stay there in the future. I have stayed here many times in the past month and was satisfied with most of them, except this time. We checked in after 11 o'clock and didn't get any night souvenirs. The male waiter volunteered to press the elevator button, but the button didn't go directly to the floor. I pressed one more floor, but the elevator was under renovation late at night. I was scared. I had to go back to the first floor and press other elevators. The male waiter was nowhere to be found. I was already exhausted and it took more effort to rest early. I redeemed my points for a late check-out until 2 o'clock, but the staff called me at 10 o'clock and 11 o'clock to ask if I wanted a late check-out. The lack of communication from the staff affected my rest and mood. Everything else is pretty good, and it's safer and more hygienic to stay at All Seasons.
