Rooms are clean and installed with wall USB-C sockets on. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes ‘过桥米线’ - a Kunming delicacy. Hotel is in a good location with many shops and eating places nearby. As hotel is in a ‘walking street’, no vehicles can alight you at the hotel and you have to pull your luggage for about 100m from the nearest alighting point.

Great 👍 Most comfortable modern stay we had in Yunnan! We arrived early, not only they let us check-in early & we requested to check-out late & they let us stay till 6pm without any additional charges which was great & sufficient for us as our flight is wee in the morning. Great service as they provide washing machine & the lady we meet help us to handle our laundry & deliver them to our room once it is done. No hassle! It was also nice to stumble upon the cute robot delivery in the hotel too. We had a wonderful shower, the temperature was just nice & the best sleep here. 5 star 🌟 🤩

Had such a pleasant stay in ATour! It's my first and definitely not going to be last. The location was fantastic, which makes moving around convenient. The staff was friendly and exuded youthful vibes! I didn't even have to worry about my laundry as they provided service to assist me after my 1 week stay in Yunnan. The room was superb neat and clean, and housekeeping did a great job. I really enjoyed my 5D4N stay here. It was my last stop in Yunnan and we had a well-deserved rest before going home. Thumbs up to ATour group. Please commend your staff!

We booked 3 rooms , got upgraded to a bigger room on low season end of June . Good location to Kunming old street and Nanping Pedestrian street . Breakfast variety was plenty . I ordered things from Tao bao and they kept for me , I also ordered flower tea from Dali ancient city , mushroom from Lijiang ancient city and it was shipped to here , so we took the parcel on our last day at Kunming before heading to airport . Great service ! Thank you

The hotels under the Atour Group not only have smart projection screens, self-service laundry, etc., but most importantly, the service of all the staff is really impressive. They are not only warm and thoughtful, but also they can solve any problems we raise with their heart. The hotel is located near the city center. The environment is very warm and quiet, and there is no noise at all. The room has good lighting and is clean. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, this place is really suitable. The breakfast is very rich and varied, and most importantly, it is delicious. I really like the hotel's waffles and light water. I will choose here again next time.

I booked this hotel from trip.com for the first time. Initially, i was a bit reluctant to book but i realized it's positive rating from many reviewers. The location is just next to Yihe Road subway. It is just 3 stations away from the shopping complex as well as the food complex (Chorung station). Rooms are perfect for couples. Two persons can easily accommodate in one room. Their breakfast is the best I have ever experienced. They put many varieties of items. Staffs are well cooperative! I recommend any type of traveller to try this atour hotel.

Hygiene: No problem, two alcohol cotton pads are provided on the toilet, which is quite detailed. Service: The overall service is more concerned with humanistic care than the high-end international chain brands. Breakfast is also OK, meeting simple business requirements. There are welcome fruits after check-in, free mini bar, rich categories, bottled tea, brewed tea, drip coffee, a bottle of beer (I forgot others), these two services can reach the international five-star level. Before check-in, there is a phone call to inform the parking lot address, and after arriving at the store, hot tea is delivered and the room type is upgraded (although it was not informed at check-in, I found it after I moved in). But there are two suggestions: 1. Since good night oat milk is provided, it is recommended that guests who have not checked in at a certain time in the evening can contact to confirm whether the guests need to provide it, and reserve it in advance. 2. It is obvious that the guests have drunk alcohol before arriving at the store. It is recommended to be more discerning and prepare honey lemon tea for them directly, instead of standardized ordinary welcome hot tea. This detail should be the difference between Atour and other international chain hotels, but it is not done. Environment: Located opposite the popular Yuantong Temple, it is a good choice for those who love to burn incense. The upgraded room has a courtyard, and the environment is better. But the sound insulation is not good. At 6:30, the neighbor started to use water and open the courtyard door. The noise was very loud and I was woken up, which was very unpleasant. Facilities: The bedding is really very comfortable. The bed is large, with moderate hardness and softness. It is not too soft to cause deep sinking. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. There are many styles of pillows, the bedding fabric is firm and soft, and the skin feels good. The overall feeling is better than most international five-star hotels. This is a big thumbs up! The facilities in the room basically meet the requirements. It would be better if two cotton pads could be added to the care set. There is no parking lot downstairs in the hotel, which is a big deduction. After parking the car, you have to drag your luggage for about four or five minutes, and you have to cross the road. It is very inconvenient, which is a big deduction, enough to cause you not to choose this hotel next time.

Near the train station, but don't use the hotel shuttle service. It's old, smelly, and has a long wait. You have to sit with other people, which is very inconvenient. The room is spacious and clean. The staff in the morning provided very good service.

The hotel is very new and suitable for young people. The hotel is in a great location, not far from Dianchi Lake and the ethnic village, just next to the subway station, it is very convenient to travel! The hotel service staff is serious and responsible, amiable! It may be due to the age, I feel that the hotel's pillows and mattresses are a bit soft, personal feeling! But overall it is a very recommended hotel!
