This hotel is located nearby Kunming South train station, but still need to take a taxi to get there. The room meets basic requirements, but TV seems not working. Free breakfast is a plus, extra breakfast costs ¥10/pax. Several local restaurants within walking distance.

We were on holiday. A lot of food choices nearby are just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. At night time lots of teenagers around the area and they are from the University just opposite the hotel. The location is not in the city. Need to walk at least 30 minutes to the subway station.

The room is very cost-effective, my living conditions are also good, the shower water is sufficient and stable, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and parking is free in the underground parking garage. There is no elevator when going up, so you have to return along the original route.
