City Comfort Hotels in Kunming

The room I was assigned was close to the road, which was too noisy. I was used to not being able to sleep well when there was a little noise, so I didn't sleep well. The environment was good, the facilities were all new, and it was warm, which was good. I just needed to tell the customer service once not to be close to the road.

My flight arrived in the wee hours 2am hence we opted to stay in an airport hotel before heading to the city. Fantastic option as airport transfer/transport is provided. Could book it via communicating on WeChat, and also called the front desk using a China SIM when we arrived. Waited for about 10-15 minutes after informing them we’ve cleared immigration. The room we booked was very spacious and clean with the amenities we need. One bed was bigger than a super single so it was very comfortable. Breakfast was included as well. Great for a short stay to rest. It was very affordable! Would highly recommend!

This stay experience is so satisfying! The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and comfortable, the facilities were complete and easy to use, and the living was particularly comfortable. The service staff was kind and welcoming, from check-in to check-out, very smooth, and responded promptly. Whether it is the environment or the service, it makes people feel value for money, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The environment is good, the decoration is new, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the train station, the service is very good, and it feels pretty good. Very safe, the little girl downstairs is serious and responsible. The security guard saw that we sat on the first floor and waited for our companions to have mosquitoes. He brought us mosquito killers and the service was very good. There is a hair dryer, toiletries, and a small bag of washing powder. Breakfast across the street at the door must be eaten, cheap, clean and nutritious

The breakfast selection is a bit limited, and the bread that children like the most is missing, so I deducted 0.5 points. The room is very cost-effective, my living conditions are also good, the shower water is sufficient and stable, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and parking is free in the underground parking garage. There is no elevator when going up, so you have to return along the original route.

Nearby metro station and easy place to get didi ride, as well as walking distance to kunming old street. Staffs were friendly and if you have midnight flight, you can store your luggages at the hotel while you stroll around the city while waiting for your flight. Plenty of halal cuisine nearby too!

This hotel is located nearby Kunming South train station, but still need to take a taxi to get there. The room meets basic requirements, but TV seems not working. Free breakfast is a plus, extra breakfast costs ¥10/pax. Several local restaurants within walking distance.

The staff smiled kindly, and took the initiative to upgrade the room type and presented welcome fruit when checking in. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, equipped with high-end toiletries, and the details are of quality. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked noodles are especially amazing. The sound insulation effect is very good, and I sleep peacefully until dawn. When I left the store, the front desk also asked about the accommodation experience intimately. This attitude that attaches importance to customer experience is worthy of praise! The price is super high, I have recommended it to my friends, I will definitely choose this one next time!
