Room and location was good. Except that the room smelled bad when I first entered - there’s an ashtray in the room so I presume is a smoking room. Requested for a non-smoking room at the front desk, but the receptionist said that they have it, but even so he cannot guarantee that others wouldn’t smoke. I clearly saw in the elevator that they have a floor labelled non smoking rooms - so was he trying to say that even non smoking rooms will smell like cigarettes? It would seem that he didn’t want me to change rooms. Also attached is a photo of what looks like a camera above the TV. Creepy much… just make sure that you cover it up with something.

The hotel's hardware facilities are very good, and the hygiene is also very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. Basically, all requests within their business scope will be met immediately. It can be said that it was a very satisfactory experience.

The hotel is strategically located, very close to the office, beautiful environment, stylish design and health. The front desk service is first-class, the check-in is fast, and the service attitude is good. The room is large, the facilities are very new, the hotel price is reasonable, the room is intelligent, the price is very high, the room is clean and clean, warm and comfortable, the breakfast is rich, the taste is not bad, the service is particularly warm and thoughtful, help fried eggs and boiled rice noodles, rice noodles are delicious! I'm Korean. Planning a trip to Kunming and stayed for 5 days during a month's trip. The hotel was clean and satisfactory for the price. The front desk staff kindly answered the inquiries, and the cleaning manager restored the rooms to clean conditions every day to make it comfortable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude. Also, thank you to the kitchen staff who prepared breakfast. I am satisfied that you prepared breakfast carefully with limited ingredients. I'll tell you a few things to enjoy at the hotel. 1. After exiting the main gate of the hotel, walk 1km back to the right from the main intersection on the right and take a walk in the river with fresh air. Of course, it's a beautiful place to jog. 2. As you know, the bus fee is very cheap. At the stop across the hotel You can visit Lake Tenz by bus. The beautiful lake will relieve your memories and fatigue of your trip. 3. Take the bus from the stop in front of the hotel to Nanping Business Street You can go and enjoy the city center. Whatever you do, wherever you are, it's ultimately your decision.

I am booking this chain of hotels whenever I come to China. I love it! The prices are affordable and the service is on a top level. This time I would like to particularly say thanks to Ms. CHEN DI (陈迪), front desk agent that was so kind and helpful to me and went beyond regular service to help me during my stay. Besides service, this hotel has a great location. Kunming is a wonderful city, I cannot wait to come again. And when I come I will stay in Home inn plus (Golden eagle plaza), because I feel so comfortable and as I am being at home in it.
