The stay was very comfortable. We arrived at the hotel very late at night. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help carry the suitcase and then delivered it to the room. The breakfast was also very delicious. We stayed for two nights and she also gave us Tremella soup in the evening and two boxes of scented tea when we left!

The service attitude is very enthusiastic. The front desk and staff greeted us as soon as they met us, which is really nice! However, one inconvenience is that the check-in time is long. I arrived at the hotel at 3 pm, but the room was not available until around 4 pm. In addition, there was hot water only after 7 pm on the first night. And there are only 3 washing machines and 2 dryers in the self-service laundry room. After drying, the clothes are not dry. There should be 2 elevators, but the hotel only has 1, which is not very convenient. The breakfast is so-so, but it's a pity that there are no Yunnan specialties. Overall, it's not bad. 7.5/10
