The environment is very good, the sanitation is also very clean, the accommodation is convenient  The service attitude is very good and there are disposable towels, and the care is very thoughtful 

A delightful surprise discovery! The front desk staff consistently went above and beyond to assist guests with any issues, always finding solutions and providing convenience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Public facilities like the self-service laundry and gym are also spotless and tidy. I particularly noticed that the hotel thoughtfully placed umbrellas from the main entrance all the way to the roadside waiting area – these small details truly show the hotel's attentiveness. I'm looking forward to checking out their Cuihu branch next time! 👍

Facilities: This is a new hotel with very modern facilities. The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast spread is exceptionally good. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is top-notch. I stayed for several days, and it felt consistently clean and hygienic. There's a dedicated person cleaning daily, the towels are good quality, and the shower pressure is excellent. Environment: The environment is quiet, which I think is its main selling point. It's set back from the main street, but taxis can still easily access it, which is very convenient. Service: All the staff here have excellent attitudes!

The second stay in Kunming Shanghao B&B is very satisfied, giving five-star praise. The whole house is clean and refreshing, the details are clean and tidy, and the living atmosphere is comfortable. If you can add a washing machine and refrigerator in the future, it is convenient to store ingredients and clean and change laundry, which will be more practical for passengers. Overall good, recommended to friends who travel to Kunming!

I really think this is the most cost-effective hotel I stayed in Kunming. The room is very clean. The bathroom is well separated into wet and dry areas. It is also very clean and has no odor. There are disposable toilet covers. It is about 1 km walk from the subway station. Anyway, there is nothing else to say. This price is really suitable for college students like us to stay

They even upgraded my room for free and went out of their way to help with parking. Breakfast was just okay, but it was enough to fill me up.

First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. It's super close to Cuihu Lake and the old street, both within easy walking distance. Plus, the subway is just a two or three-minute stroll away, which is incredibly convenient for getting around. The facilities are excellent, but the real standout surprise was the hot water – great pressure and it heats up instantly! Coming back after a long day of sightseeing and taking a hot shower just melts away all the fatigue. The air conditioning also works wonderfully, keeping the room at a perfect temperature for sleeping. The room's cleanliness is top-notch; the bedding was spotless and odor-free, and even the nooks and crannies in the bathroom were thoroughly cleaned. The service was exceptional too! I booked a queen room and asked if an upgrade was possible, and the front desk lady happily upgraded me – it was a really nice gesture. The breakfast spread was also varied and delicious. When you're traveling, a comfortable stay truly makes all the difference. I highly recommend this place!

Good location on the side of the road is very easy to find, very close to the Golden Palace, it is more convenient to take a car. The facilities in the house are average, there is no kettle in the house, and it is a bit inconvenient to drink boiling water.
