Extremely satisfied! The quality is very high, the service is excellent, and the customer service is very responsive. The room is spacious, the towels are clean, the duvet smells great, and the curtains let in just the right amount of light. It's very quiet, so you can get a good night's sleep.

I was very satisfied with this stay. The hotel's location is convenient for both getting around and dining. The front desk service was warm and efficient; check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully introduced nearby attractions and parking information. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a quiet night's rest. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, plenty of hot water, and stable water pressure. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, and items were replenished promptly. Overall, it offers great value for money, with attention to detail. I highly recommend it for both business trips and tourism. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit.

My stay at Jinbi Clubhouse exceeded expectations. The front desk upgraded my room for free, and it was spotlessly clean. I particularly loved their bedding; it was very comfortable. All the staff were incredibly friendly. Whether it was checking in at the front desk, having breakfast in the morning, or encountering housekeeping staff, everyone would stop and greet me politely. It felt like a very professionally managed hotel! I also have to commend the location – right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

The hotel is located in Ring 2, which makes it very convenient to travel to Ring 1, where major shopping activities happened. Transport is also very convenient, using didi will get car within seconds. Going to major attractions like the stone forest and Jiuxiang is also convenient. The room that we got is very spacious, bedroom and living room is separated where bedroom is on the top floor.

This hotel is incredibly thoughtful, beyond words! It's simply amazing, truly exceptional service. I initially chose to book the Mengjing Xiyue Hotel because I saw many recommendations on Xiaohongshu, especially praising the hotel's rooftop and balconies, which looked beautiful. I never expected that after actually checking in, I'd find the hotel's service and attention to detail even more surprising! The day before check-in, the hotel staff proactively contacted us to ask about our room setup preferences for the romantic room type. Even before checking in, I could already feel their immense dedication. The hygiene also made me feel very secure! The elevator, rooms, and lobby are disinfected daily, and the towels and amenities in the room are individually packaged. Both the room and bathroom were kept exceptionally clean. For guests who value cleanliness and hygiene, this truly provides great peace of mind. What touched me the most were these thoughtful little details! My feet were aching from days of shopping, even a bit inflamed, so I went to the front desk to ask the staff if they had a foot bath. To my surprise, the staff immediately sent a foot bath to my room, and even included herbal sachets for soaking my feet! My hands were chapped and cracking due to the dry weather, so I also inquired at the front desk. The staff thoughtfully provided hand cream. These are services that are not 'mandatory,' yet they were willing to proactively help. It truly makes you feel: this hotel genuinely cares about its guests' experiences. Breakfast is also served individually, and the portions are incredibly generous! And it's not just the quantity; the taste is also excellent, especially the tomato and egg noodle soup – I've truly loved it these past few days! In the lobby, there's also a popcorn machine + various floral teas that you can mix and match! You can enjoy freshly popped popcorn every day~ You can also choose your own floral tea, put it in a small paper cup, and take it back to your room to sip while watching TV. And every evening, there are delicious 'goodnight' desserts prepared. After a long day of exploring, returning to the hotel and finding these little surprises waiting for you is truly wonderful. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've felt: 'I had such a happy stay, I almost didn't want to check out.' It's not because the hotel is luxurious, but because every small detail makes you feel their immense dedication. If I ever come back to Kunming, I will definitely stay here again! I genuinely loved this stay experience~ Thank you, Mengjing Xiyue, for adding another warm memory to this trip. P.S.: I hope the hotel can consider adding one or two more washing machines and dryers. Because sometimes in the evening, when washing clothes, there are quite a few guests using them, and you have to wait for quite a while.

Yitel Premium is situated in a fantastic location in Kunming! Super close to Old Street where you can find tons of food, shopping, teas & coffees galore! The hotel was lovely - super comfortable bed, good smelling bathroom amenities, and complimentary water. We used the laundry facility and it was very useful. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but still everything we ate was delicious. This hotel's location makes it prime real estate, I highly recommend!!

I specifically booked the audio-visual room at Chian Hsi She Inn, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The projector offered clear picture quality, the sound system provided strong surround sound, and there was a wide selection of movies, allowing for an immersive cinematic experience without leaving the room. The room layout was well-designed, and the sofa was soft and spacious, making it incredibly comfortable for binge-watching shows. The entire room was spotless, and the audio-visual equipment was regularly maintained, running smoothly without any issues. Downstairs, the Nanya business district has plenty of food options, and snacks and drinks are just a short walk away. The location is convenient, with easy access to the subway and taxis. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requested items were quickly delivered to the room. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring that watching movies wouldn't disturb neighbors, and the mattress was very comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep after a film. This place is perfect for leisure vacations or small gatherings with friends. The value for money far exceeds similar apartment hotels. The projector is really clear – I definitely made the right choice!

My stay this time was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is very close to the hospital, and it's super easy to catch a taxi right outside. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were perfectly separated and there were no strange smells at all. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – I slept soundly all night.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! We chose the loft family duplex room and it was an amazing surprise – the two-story layout was spacious, and the kids' bedding was adorable and soft. The view from the window was superb, looking out directly onto a classical Chinese garden, full of lush greenery that was incredibly soothing. The lobby bar and library/lounge area were exquisitely designed, with clean and stylish details, and the accompanying tableware was neat and complete. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the common areas were elegantly decorated, blending traditional Chinese charm with modern simplicity. It's perfect for both family trips and short-term getaways. Our entire stay was comfortable and relaxing; I highly recommend staying here when you visit Kunming!
