The front desk service was incredibly attentive! I booked this hotel randomly for my trip, and overall, my stay was very comfortable. Check-in was quick; I didn't have to wait long. The front desk staff were down-to-earth, and communication was easy and pleasant. Any issues I brought to them were resolved quickly. The room looked simple, but the cleanliness was truly excellent; even the corners were spotless. The bedding was dry and fresh, making for a very reassuring stay. The shower had great water pressure, and the hot water came on quickly, which was really relaxing after a tiring day of exploring. The room was quiet, undisturbed by outside noise, leading to excellent sleep quality. The location was very convenient, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, and it was easy to get a taxi. There weren't any fancy, unnecessary features, but everything essential was there, making it incredibly practical. Compared to many other places in the same price range, this hotel is genuinely straightforward and offers great value for money.

Yet another amazing experience with Moonlight. If you are a culture lover like I am, this hotel is the perfect choice. This place is a total vibe and I'm more than happy to explain why. The air in the lobby is filled with the fragrance of freshly brewed Pu Er, with a tea station offering free tea tasting to guests. The hotel serves scrumptious local cuisine for breakfast such as the bridge noodles, sour soup noodles, and congee. They make it fresh when you are seated at the dining area. The best part is that the breakfast is available until 1pm. So thoughtful for those who wants to sleep in. They also offer Western and Kid options. As you walk out of the lobby, there is so much to take in. The first thing you'll see is an ancient building that takes you back in time. A group of elderly playing Chinese Chess by the tree. People walking their very well mannered fluffy dogs. All while breathing in the fresh summer air. The location of this hotel is amazing. It's walking distance to Shun Cheng shopping mall, cafes that serve very decent Americano are just across the road, and there's a highly rated restaurant on the same street. In the afternoon, the hotel hosts an art and craft activity. Ours was decorating a Chinese fan, absolutely therapeutic. Experiences aside, the stay itself has been so comfortable. Spacious room, big beds, blackout curtains, you can imagine how well we slept. 10 out of 10!

Excellent hotel! The decor is lovely and the service is great. The room was even bigger than it looked in the photos. When I checked in, the room wasn't quite ready, which is understandable given it's peak season. However, the front desk responded quickly and arranged for it to be cleaned as a priority. They also recommended some famous and delicious restaurants nearby. When I returned to the hotel, my luggage had already been delivered to my room – fantastic!

This hotel stay exceeded my expectations. I was a bit apprehensive when booking, worrying that the pictures might not match reality, but my fears were unfounded once I arrived. The room was more spacious than I imagined, with excellent natural light; it was bright enough during the day without needing to turn on the lights. There was hardly any noise from people running in the hallway at night, nor any sound of a TV from the next room. The blackout curtains worked great, so I wasn't woken up by the light in the morning and could sleep in naturally. In short, this hotel gave me a sense of 'peace of mind.' There were no flashy gimmicks; they simply did everything well that needed to be done. While that might sound easy, not many places actually manage to achieve it. This will definitely be my top choice when I visit this city again.

I specifically booked the audio-visual room at Chian Hsi She Inn, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The projector offered clear picture quality, the sound system provided strong surround sound, and there was a wide selection of movies, allowing for an immersive cinematic experience without leaving the room. The room layout was well-designed, and the sofa was soft and spacious, making it incredibly comfortable for binge-watching shows. The entire room was spotless, and the audio-visual equipment was regularly maintained, running smoothly without any issues. Downstairs, the Nanya business district has plenty of food options, and snacks and drinks are just a short walk away. The location is convenient, with easy access to the subway and taxis. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requested items were quickly delivered to the room. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring that watching movies wouldn't disturb neighbors, and the mattress was very comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep after a film. This place is perfect for leisure vacations or small gatherings with friends. The value for money far exceeds similar apartment hotels. The projector is really clear – I definitely made the right choice!

The hotel is located in Ring 2, which makes it very convenient to travel to Ring 1, where major shopping activities happened. Transport is also very convenient, using didi will get car within seconds. Going to major attractions like the stone forest and Jiuxiang is also convenient. The room that we got is very spacious, bedroom and living room is separated where bedroom is on the top floor.

Five-star rating! Overall, my stay was fantastic. The cleanliness was exceptional; every corner of the room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the bedding was dry and comfortable. The staff were warm and professional, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently. Any requests were promptly and properly addressed. The room was spacious and quiet, with well-maintained and functional facilities. The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh options. The environment was peaceful and elegant, and getting around was convenient. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, making for a very reassuring stay. Definitely worth coming back to!

Overall, everything from the location and facilities to cleanliness, ambiance, and service was excellent. Regarding some negative online reviews and the issues they raised, I'd like to share my actual experience. First, the room is divided into three areas by two steps: the entrance/bathroom area, the tatami bed area, and the desk/washbasin area. This is actually a fun and interesting design. However, because of the two steps, it might not be suitable for people with mobility issues, especially the elderly. So, if you're traveling with seniors, be mindful when choosing a room. Another point is the blinds, which are made of a linen-like material. They match the room's decor perfectly, creating a cozy feel, which is nice. But they don't block out much light. All in all, considering the price, location (in the central Xishan District, also quite close to Wuhua District), and facilities, I think it offers great value for money.

Excellent! It's perfect for families, close to the subway station, and they even offer late-night snacks. It's also conveniently located near all the major attractions. I accidentally left a piece of clothing behind, and the hotel staff immediately found it and enthusiastically mailed it back to me. Definitely a top rating!

It was a bit difficult to find the place. The address takes you to the main road, but the entrance of the building is in the back street. Other than that, the room was good enough - the mattress is really hard, but it's not a problem for me. The view is gorgeous! They don’t have a western toilet, what is a very annoying thing, but I knew it before making my reservation, so I can't complain... and, well... it's China. The staff can't speak English, but they are really kind and patient so with the help of a translator everything was fine. Also, there's a washing machine you can use for a small fee and I saw many small improvements being done while I was there, what shows they really care about making it a nice place for the guests, as far as it's possible. Overall, for me it was a nice stay so I already have 2 future reservations to the same room.
