"We had a wonderful 1-night stay here. The room was very clean and well-prepared, with all the necessary amenities provided. We were especially impressed by the service – the staff took great care of us throughout our stay. Since we couldn’t have breakfast, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger and nicer room. That thoughtful gesture really made our stay special. Great value for the price – highly recommended!"

"Absolutely loved our stay here! We booked 2 rooms And the service was above expectation! Rooms was clean and quiet The staff 吕许一 陈瑞 付喻 龙小丽 helped us so much! Thank you! And there was others who was on duty which I didn’t get their names. I would choose to stay here again! The location is awesome as it’s close to all the local shops and night market for food and drinks. Breakfast is tasty and lots of option u can choose from. I also love the late breakfast option. Thank you for a wonderful experience! The staff also helped us to send some parcels And also assisted with luggage pick up and drop offs."

"I’ve loved my stop at this hotel! It’s absolutely beautiful and my room was very clean and comfy. The staff is also very polite and patiente, event though I do not speak fluent Mandarin. It’s also quite central, near the train station, and easy to walk around Kunming city center all the way to the Jade Lake Park. 200% recommend for your trip in Kunming!"

"Perfect location if you are into shopping and eating as this hotel is close to the walking street / old street with shops, malls and unlimited food options. There are permanent food stalls just outside the hotel, making it super convenient if you decide to buy food back to the room to eat. Room was spacious and clean. Love the toiletries and shower head – nice scent and water pressure was just right – truly washes away a day’s tiredness. Breakfast was top notch for me – wide spread, fresh and tasty. Also like that the seating layout / setting was spacious."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a truly wonderful stay at FourPoints by Sheraton Kunming City Centre Hotel! ✔️ Halal food paradise at your doorstep – The area is filled with countless halal restaurants, making it extremely convenient for Muslim travelers. Every meal was just a short walk away. (I’ve attached a picture of the famous beef roti stall located just at the hotel doorstep. Can go at 8am, no need to queue) ✔️ Walking distance to Shuncheng Mosque – A beautiful and historic mosque located nearby. It was a blessing to be able to walk there easily for prayers. ✔️ Self-service laundry available – This was such a lifesaver during my trip, especially after exploring Yunnan. Clean clothes without any hassle! The staff were warm and helpful, the room was very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Kunming. Highly recommended for both families and Muslim travelers looking for convenience and comfort."

"I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff during my stay. When I found that my foreign mobile data had run out, leaving me unable to use AliPay for payments, the staff went above and beyond. They took the initiative to walk to a shop outside the hotel to verify the situation, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to their suggestion, I was able to visit a nearby bank and successfully withdraw RMB. Their efficiency was evident from the moment I arrived by taxi until my baggage was delivered to my room. I am grateful for their support and professionalism throughout my stay. Thank you for making my stay so positive .though I just ordered 2 boiled eggs they kindly accommodate me with combination of veg  , Though I request for fruit bowl which is not available at room service , they manage to give me with a compliment . and the price is reasonable for room service .  by local eatery if you turn left from entrance walk down the stairs . And their shopping mall is connected through third floor . I manage to do some last minute shopping at supermarket to bring back as souvenir . The gym is fully equipped and high tech . Highly recommend this hotel ."

"Super love this unassuming hotel! Pros: 1. Smack in the middle of kunming old street,so it is a super strategic location and walking distance away from so many of the tourists attractions . You can wake up at 730am in the morning and walk meters away to the iconic Jiu Bei Lou building and take photos without the usual crazy crowd and then walk back to the hotel to continue sleeping haha. This hotel is also about 5-8 minutes walk from metro station 2. Room is just nice for 2 person. They even have a water dispenser in the room so you can drink and refill as much water as you want. 3. Receptionist was super friendly and efficient. We told them during check in that we have to check out early next day to the airport, and requested if they can pack our breakfast for take away. The staff said ok, but can only give us buns and yoghurt. On the morning we checked out, the receptionist gave us more food than just buns and yoghurt, and even a little farewell gift! So thoughtful and heart warming! This kind of small gesture is even better the hospitality that 5-star hotels give, because the staff went through extra length to give us all that! Very sweet of her 3. There is a cafe that serves special teas at the ground floor of the hotel, and as guests who stay there, we get 20% off our bill 4. Although located in the old street where it is very busy and crowded, our room was not affected by the noise outside as it was facing the inner courtyard. Very thoughtful design ln the hotel 5. Water heater in the shower is very good! Easy to adjust temperature, water pressure is strong Cons: 1. Just a small little problem, they only provided a small triangle rack in the shower for us to put our clothes and towel, which i do not feel is sufficient, and not to mention clothes that are placed there can get wet too. We did not know the rack is actually for us to put out towel and clothes, until we asked the hotel why is there no place for us to hang towel/clothes in the shower"

"Room is of good size and is clean and well maintained. Location of hotel is great as it is walking distance to Nan-ping street, nanqiang street and old town shopping areas n malls. Hotel gives a grand vibe The breakfast spread was very good and extensive Most importantly, the professionalism of the staff especially Manager Sam Chen is impressive. He followed up on feedback /requests and took initiative to get back with solution. Will definitely stay here again when I come to Kunming."
