MMoxieDodoThis hotel is located right next to the East Gate (Yuyuan Garden) of Daguan Park. From the room, you can admire the Western Hills from afar and the Red House of Yuyuan Garden up close, making it an excellent spot to watch the sunset. The hotel is brand new with a modern and stylish decor. Everything is controlled by a smart system. The built-in background music, featuring French songs, is lovely, and the natural soundscapes aid sleep. You can also connect via Bluetooth to play your own music. They even thoughtfully provide an essential oil diffuser and humidifier. Combined with the comfortable pillows and mattress, if you still can't sleep well, something's seriously wrong, haha. Since the hotel is already so meticulous, I'd suggest adding an air purifier for an even better experience.

LLinenhualongThe front desk provided a complimentary room upgrade. The room was very spacious, featuring a frosted glass partition that beautifully separated the living and sleeping areas – a really nice touch! All the facilities and amenities were excellent, truly befitting a long-established Hilton property. Complimentary self-service coffee and tea were also available on the first floor. My only slight disappointment was the somewhat noisy air conditioning. The hotel seemed aware of this, as earplugs were thoughtfully provided on the bedside tables. We chose not to use the AC, as Kunming is known as the 'Spring City' and it wasn't particularly warm. At check-out, the front desk staff proactively inquired about our stay and seemed genuinely concerned about guest satisfaction. Their service was very attentive and well-executed.

MM224675****This hotel offers airport shuttle service. The front desk staff was very friendly and reminded me that I needed to take a small train at the airport and to check in early. Breakfast starts at 5:30 AM, so even when I went down at 5:00 AM to catch my flight, breakfast was already available. The room was clean and well-maintained, with complete amenities. It's a high-quality chain hotel.

MM1wfll881****The room was spacious and bright, and from the 26th floor, through the window screens, I could overlook the majestic mountains of Kunming's Western Hills. All the high-rise buildings instantly felt tiny before me, a truly exhilarating view. Even though it was a rare cold day in deep winter, it lifted my spirits, offering the secret joy of a beautiful view without having to step outside. The room facilities were new, and the decor was thoughtfully done. I liked that there wasn't a large screen in front of the bed; it felt good from a feng shui perspective. The staff, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or cleaning personnel, were all very helpful. Especially the young man who drove us to the station; he knew the way perfectly and dropped us right at the entrance, which was the best choice as check-in and security were seamless, taking us right to the gate. This kind of thoughtful kindness, looking out for the customers, made me feel proud of Kunming. When visiting Kunming to experience the local culture and hospitality, the hotel staff truly act as open doors and windows, revealing any scenery you wish. Keep up the great work, Jun'an!

GGuest UserWe booked a family room and were given a cute Minion-themed room. The room is spacious with 2 queen beds. The service was excellent, particularly the concierge staff who collected our parcel and updated us via WeChat once it was collected. The breakfast spread was good, and supper was basic but satisfactory. The hotel's location is excellent. We arrived at 10:45am and appreciated the early check-in arrangement.

CCaptainLanThis stay was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! The lobby is very grand, and the hotel itself is genuinely impressive. We even received a welcome drink package upon check-in. The breakfast was rich, varied, and incredibly delicious – seriously good! The mattress was so soft and comfortable; I slept wonderfully all night.
**Environment:** The environment is beautiful, quiet, and spotless. It made for a very pleasant stay, and all the hygiene details were meticulously taken care of.
**Service:** The front desk staff were efficient, patient, and provided excellent service. Every request for room cleaning or other needs was promptly addressed.
**Facilities:** The room was spacious, bright, and fully equipped with a high level of smart technology. The laundry room and gym were also well-appointed.
And one last thing to add! Ms. Tongxin Lianlian at the front desk had an absolutely wonderful attitude!

ZZYH0926I spent a few days touring Kunming and chose this hotel for my last night, and I was quite satisfied with the experience. It's right next to a subway station, which was convenient for my trip to Dounan Flower Market. The IELTS Restaurant on the 4th floor is very stylish, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. There's also a laundry room on the 11th floor. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kunming.

GGuest UserWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

AAirborn63Hotel is really close to the airport. Very convenient pick up and drop off service from the hotel.
The rooms are large and clean, free water, coffee, tea. Breakfast said to be included but I did not see any, perhaps too early.
Slept well had good shower and was in the airline lounge within an hour from waking up.
