The room was exceptionally clean, neat, and well-maintained overall – not a speck of dust in the corners, and no unpleasant smells in the bathroom. The cleanliness standards are truly impressive. The hotel's location near the train station is incredibly convenient for getting around efficiently, saving a lot of travel time. Public transport options nearby are excellent, making it easy to get to the city center or business meetings. The amenities are comprehensive, and the stay was quiet and comfortable with attentive service. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

胡胡姑娘We had a really wonderful experience. My family and I, a total of five people, booked a deluxe business smart suite room, which has three bedrooms. The hotel was new and clean. The location was nice, with a shopping mall, food stalls, and bus stop nearby. The decoration in the room was really nice and the room was spacious. Although it said that the room was smoking permitted, the room doesn't smell at all. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserI booked a romantic round bed room with the mentality of giving it a try, and it was really a pleasant surprise! The overall design of the room is very stylish, with soft lighting and a great atmosphere. The round bed in particular is so big and soft that you won’t want to get up once you lie down on it. It’s very suitable for couples! ! !
In terms of environment, it is clean and tidy, the floor is as smooth as new, and the decorative paintings on the wall are also very artistic; the hygiene is in place, the bedding is white and soft, the bathroom is bright and refreshing, and even the slippers and towels are neatly placed. The merchant thoughtfully provides disposable toilet mats, and the disposable slippers are also very good. It can be seen that a lot of care is put into it.
The facilities are also very complete. The washing area is designed as an independent glass room, with dry and wet separation, plenty of hot water, and convenient sockets and light controls at the head of the bed. The details are very considerate.
The service is particularly worthy of praise. The boss is enthusiastic and the check-in is very efficient. There are also photography works to see, which can be influenced by art hahahaha
The location is convenient, and it is very convenient to eat and travel nearby. The Provincial Museum and Guandu Ancient Town are all within walking distance. To be honest, the price is very cost-effective!
You can also come to the front desk to drink the boss's Pu'er tea, which is highly recommended.

MMatheus Pinto BorgasThe hostel looks nice on the pictures and indeed it is, but I didn't have a good experience staying here. The mattress was extremely thin and not comfortable at all, besides that, there were mosquitoes at the common area next to the reception and specially inside the bedroom, where they disturbed a lot to sleep and bite me a couple times. Staff is nice and location is good, though.

LLuxiangbeibeiMy friend highly recommended this place, saying the area is fantastic and super convenient, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel facilities are quite good, but there's an issue with the property management – only one elevator is operational for over ten floors. It takes about fifteen minutes to get downstairs, which is also a torment for the staff, who have to squeeze into the elevator with us... This property management is really unprofessional.
Hygiene: The cleaning was very thorough. Although it's an old hotel that has been renovated, the rooms feel almost brand new.
Environment: It's right in the city center, with a subway station downstairs. You're right next to Shuncheng Shopping Center and Kunming Old Street. Highly recommended.
Service: The service was very warm and helpful. The front desk staff assisted us with delivering items (not takeout) and extended our check-out time. The staff's attitude was excellent.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied, except for the elevator problem. When checking out, I noticed the staff were also complaining about it. I hope it gets resolved soon.

PPsymondDespite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note:
1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival.
2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room.
3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised.
We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.

LLidusGreat location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.
