QqdfengluThe location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was great. I liked the split-level design of the room; it was well laid out. The only downside was a faint smell of smoke in the room. An air purifier would really help with that.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and very clean. It's super close to the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes' walk from Kunming Station (you can't miss the big sign!). The transportation is really convenient; you can even take a taxi right to the entrance. The staff, especially the young lady, was very friendly and even gave us some fruit. When we were leaving, they also gave us some local snacks. There are plenty of shops nearby, making it easy to buy things. Overall, it's good value for money, especially being so close to the train station.

胡胡姑娘We had a really wonderful experience. My family and I, a total of five people, booked a deluxe business smart suite room, which has three bedrooms. The hotel was new and clean. The location was nice, with a shopping mall, food stalls, and bus stop nearby. The decoration in the room was really nice and the room was spacious. Although it said that the room was smoking permitted, the room doesn't smell at all. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

Environment: The overall environment of the homestay is quiet and elegant, and there is an elevator that saves a lot of effort. It has a strong sense of design, with both a breath of life and a sense of art. It makes people feel happy as soon as they enter the door.
Facilities: The exquisite twin room is fully equipped with soft and comfortable mattresses, and the air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi are very stable. It is also equipped with hair dryers, air conditioners and other detailed equipment, which is not inferior to star hotels.
Service: The owner is very warm and thoughtful, and also recommends nearby food and attractions. The service experience is perfect.
Location: The location is excellent, within walking distance to Guandu Ancient Town, Yunnan Provincial Museum, Dounan Flower Market, convenient transportation, very convenient travel, and many delicious snacks around.
Hygiene: The room was cleaned exceptionally well, the bed sheets and quilt covers were freshly washed, the bathroom had no odor, and the disposable toilet mat was very considerate, even the corners were spotless, which was very reassuring.
Experience: The overall accommodation experience is great. It has both the warmth of home and the professionalism and comfort of a hotel. It is very suitable for both travel and short-term stay.
I highly recommend this homestay, it's very cost-effective and it's definitely worth staying here again when traveling to Kunming!

LLuxiangbeibeiMy friend highly recommended this place, saying the area is fantastic and super convenient, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

JjukachaThis time in this hotel we got the room on the first floor and this room was quite awful. Toilet is stinky and has problems with flushing, the window outside passing all the sounds from the street and it's annoying. Other rooms aren't so bad, but on the first floor better never choose.
