"Hotel Kharabadze, located in Kutaisi, Georgia, is praised for its excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly service. It's within walking distance of local landmarks like Bagrati Cathedral and the Kutaisi Botanical Garden, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The hotel offers various room types, including double, triple, and quadruple rooms, all equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private bathrooms.
Guests often highlight the cleanliness and attentive staff, with some rating it 5 out of 5 for service and location. The property also features amenities like a shared kitchen, daily housekeeping, and an attached winery, giving visitors a comfortable, homey feel. While it lacks a swimming pool or fitness center, it compensates with free parking, airport shuttle service, and options for outdoor activities like hiking and skiing."
"Absolutely new hotel. The room is very nice and comfortable. One of the best I have stayed in, especially for such a low price. Initially we stayed in another hotel for a slightly lower price, but it was terrible, so we changed the hotel to this one and it was the best decision. The breakfast is ordinary, nothing special. The location is also convenient, 5 minutes walk to the center."

"Excellent hotel. Staff is cheerful and responsive. Very clean. We were settled in a honeymoon room - very comfortable, beautiful view from the window. Breakfast is wonderful, all fresh and delicious. Location is successful. Next time we will return to this hotel again"
"This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money"
"The location of the hotel is very good. You can see the Golden Fleece Fountain outside the window. The hygiene is average. The room facilities are also average. It is relatively old. The service attitude is very good. It is a pity that there is no conversion plug. Domestic friends remember to bring their own."

Outstanding
AAnonymous UserIt was a good luck to stay at Hotel Barla during my long journey. The small country house-like courtyard warms my heart. I didn't expect much, but it was so clean and comfortable that I wanted to stay a few more days. Everything was good, but the owner checked frequently to see if there was anything he could help with. The location was good, it was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. I recommend staying at this hotel.
GGuest UserVery good homestay, clean and stylish, the proprietress is a very good young woman, must be very beautiful, the fly in the ointment will not be English, the communication is not smooth, the homestay is really a few hundred meters from the train station, very convenient, the kitchen utensils are very complete, can be convenient to make breakfast, It’s very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night and drink and chat
VVladimir_SThe hotel had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is better to come to breakfast early so that there is enough choice. The temperature in the breakfast area is noticeably lower than the rest of the hotel - it is better to dress up if it is chilly outside.
Very friendly hotel staff left only positive emotions.
EEkaterinaA great place to stop for one night.
Very clean rooms.
There is an air conditioner that can heat the room. Yes, it is cool there, especially in the shower, perhaps the thing was that it was winter.
Breakfast has not been tried since it is served from 9 a.m.)
Wi-fi is good.
KKim bengIt's a big bungalow house. Mike is super helpful and ever ready to serve. It's like staying in a rich friend's house. The location pinpoint in Google is not accurate and you need to have a car to stay here. Other than that, it's lovely to stay at Mike's place
SShahzadjHighly recommended hotel stay, though its like 10 mins away from main area but it adds to the quiet stay, it was extremely clean comfortable and friendly staff specially the manager, definitely q must try when in Kutaisi
GGuest UserThe guesthouse is located in a quiet, side street of Kutaisi, ,but close to the center, quietly within the walk range. Full equipment, clean and clean. Very active host-
-good advice, organize a trip and help you deal with various things like printing a plane ticket, buying a SIM card, but also convinced that he would not leave the guest alone in a more serious need, just see that he cares, has time and individual approach doi everyone.
Besides, the facility is very flexible, the stay will satisfy both a single tourist, a family with children and a multi-person group of friends.
WwalterlxThe hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.
GGuest UserOne of the few hotels in Kutaisi, this hotel is in a good location, close to the scenic spot, the room facilities are complete, the bed is too narrow 0.9 meters, don't you have a big fat man in your country, design such a narrow bed, location is recommended
