"Absolutely new hotel. The room is very nice and comfortable. One of the best I have stayed in, especially for such a low price. Initially we stayed in another hotel for a slightly lower price, but it was terrible, so we changed the hotel to this one and it was the best decision. The breakfast is ordinary, nothing special. The location is also convenient, 5 minutes walk to the center."

"This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money"

- Good location. Center, but with quiet street. To the main sights walk 5 minutes.
- Easy to communicate and settle. Once I booked the hotel, I received a watsapp message from the owner with his contacts and an offer to contact if any questions or anything you need. On arrival, I wrote that we were at the airport. When we arrived at the hotel ours were already waiting.
- The rooms are spacious, clean. Furniture, plumbing ... - all new.
”There is a small yard with tables on the street and a kitchen with everything necessary if you need to cook something on your own.
”The hosts are very cheerful and hospitality, always ready to help.

GGuest UserKutaisi is my favorite city in Georgia. It is quiet and relaxed, with a European charm, but the security is much better than that of old Europe. This hotel is a treasure. It is located in the city center and only takes ten minutes to walk to the square. Parking is on the dead end road in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. I can stay in a suite at this price. I can't be more satisfied.
