"Only a one-night room-only stop over on the way north. We arrived around 9pm, parking easily enough, though some distance away around the back of the hotel. We had to wait while the receptionist sold gifts to other guests before we could check in. Room door hit the bed, which wasn't a great first impression, but although small the room (105) was perfectly adequate with a large dressing area on the way to the large bathroom. No meals were taken, and check out was very speedy at 7am as everything had been pre-paid."
"Ctrip's service is first-class. If there is a problem, it will be solved quickly for customers. This hotel is very suitable for staying with children. Our children had a lot of fun. There is no breakfast and no hotel staff. The whole process is contactless check-in and check-out."

"Although we only spent one night on the way between Skye and Edinburgh, I can say that the staff was very kind and friendly, we ate very well in the hotel restaurant and we rested very well too."
"The experience was excellent. It was the most satisfying hotel on this trip to Scotland. We arrived late that day and the hotel left the key on the reception desk. The breakfast provided was relatively standard, but of high quality. The most impressive thing was that the breakfast place had a view of the sea and lake. The hotel arranged a window seat for us, facing a small garden outside the hotel, and a little behind was the vast sea and lake, which made people feel very happy. The front of the hotel also faces the sea and lake. Before leaving, I couldn't help but take a few more photos. There was also a sheepfold next to it, full of Scottish high and low black-faced sheep and black-haired sheep. From the perspective of the natural environment, it is an ideal geographical location for self-driving travelers."
"The room is very small but the lake is in front of the door. The location is very good! The hotel restaurant's dinner was pretty good, with plenty of choices and good quality."
"This hotel located at the highland area of Scotland, I and my wife stayed at this hotel before we driving to Is of Skye.
The room is large and shower room is bright and clean enough. The beds and other equipment inside the room are satisfactory. My price include simple buffet breakfast which I think the food quality is good enough.
Only one disadvantage is, there's no lift and some rooms need to walk up and down staircase, if for elderly or too many luggage travelers, it may a bit inconvenient."

"Facilities: There are parking spaces, restaurants and bars, but there is no area for walking;
Sanitation: Overall good;
Environment: The location is relatively remote, a bit far from the attractions on the island.
Service: The hotel front desk service is good. In addition to informing various precautions, they also help with luggage. The service level of the restaurant is uneven, some are very professional, and some are just so-so.
In general, compared with the high price of the hotel (more than 300 pounds per night in this season), the cost performance is not high. Maybe the higher the expectations, the more disappointed."
