"Only a one-night room-only stop over on the way north. We arrived around 9pm, parking easily enough, though some distance away around the back of the hotel. We had to wait while the receptionist sold gifts to other guests before we could check in. Room door hit the bed, which wasn't a great first impression, but although small the room (105) was perfectly adequate with a large dressing area on the way to the large bathroom. No meals were taken, and check out was very speedy at 7am as everything had been pre-paid."

"Ctrip's service is first-class. If there is a problem, it will be solved quickly for customers. This hotel is very suitable for staying with children. Our children had a lot of fun. There is no breakfast and no hotel staff. The whole process is contactless check-in and check-out."

"I saw comments from other netizens that breakfast was delivered to the door, but when I checked in, I had already gone to the restaurant to eat. It was semi-buffet. You can order a hot food, milk, cereal, and fruit. You can take it by yourself. There is a window facing the sea, and it doesn’t get dark until half past eight in the evening."

"It's hard to book a room in Portree during the peak season, and this hotel happened to have a vacancy. The room facilities are OK. It's not easy to find a room with a suitable price in Skye Island. The first floor we stayed in looked like the second floor, and there was a basement. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. There is a supermarket and a gas station next to the hotel. Free parking, there is a free parking lot next to the hotel."
