三人入住，房間算是蠻大的了，二個單人床和一席榻榻米，住出了日式民宿的味道，裝修品質非常好，日式的細膩，衞浴三分離。
位置不算特別中心的熱點位置，但清水寺、二年阪、三年阪、八阪神廟和花見小道、邸園、鴨川都在10分鐘步行範圍內。
非常滿意。

設施：有公共洗衣房，一次300日元，洗衣服很方便，不需要自己帶太多衣服了；有公共微波爐、冷水飲水機，熱飯喝水很方便。
衞生：因為是民宿，沒有天天打掃，3天左右打掃一次，但是房間還是非常乾淨的。
環境：位置無敵，離建仁寺兩三百米，離清水寺800米。如果想在京都玩，建議就住在這附近。住在JR京都站的話坐公交有點擠，尤其是晚上回去的高峯期，公交人賊多。
服務：酒店服務很不錯。
PS，我們是帶娃出行，民宿不提供嬰兒車，但是JR京都站那裡有，租起來很方便，可以在京都站直接租，去谷歌上面搜：MKトラベル，還可以在上面預約，一天一輛500日元左右。

民宿的位置無敵，出門周邊就有很多日式寶藏餐飲店，還有當地人的生活超市，步行到清水寺，二年阪非常方便，傍晚走到鴨川也是很近，走路都可以到達最繁華的商業街。清晨去附近的建仁寺走走很安靜

距離建仁寺走路三分鐘，離清水寺、花見小徑、鴨川納涼床都不算遠，腳力可達，一巷之隔很多吃懷石料理的店，巷子口還有評分很高的菊料理。出巷子就是清水道巴士站，臨街很多租和服的小店。酒店可以租漫畫，有洗衣房，但沒有早餐，也不提供免費打掃服務。我們一家四口住的雙人床加榻榻米房型，帶轉角沙發，房間不算小，但整體價格也不低。

一開始看評論很少，也不確定怎麼樣。入住後真的太滿意了，服務非常好。房間大小在日本算大了，離四條街，清水寺都很近。周邊很多吃的，還有3.4家便利店。洗浴用品是pola的，很舒服，衞生間乾濕分離。一樓還有漫畫書可以出租，入住前還會發郵件。每天會換毛巾，把垃圾收走。總之非常滿意，會推薦給朋友。
