Hotel staff was very rude when checking out. Day management Valerie insisted that I pay the room at that instant at which I was waiting for the other guest that I stayed with. Sat in the lobby unknown Valerie and observed her and an other employee going to a clear labeled non-smoking area and smoking and was a little confused as to why she was management. The breakfast was good for complimentary. But considering that the cost for it is included in your stay and it's no different then best western or days inn. Your stay rate also is much more and there should be a better difference in what is served.

It was a nice hotel with nice employees. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was we were not informed of the lack of room cleaning.

We reserved a room with two queen beds because we had four people. We got a king with a pull out couch. The couch was very uncomfortable and caused back problems foe those that slept on it. We asked for what we had reserved and they said they were booked all weekend. Regardless we ordered a room with two queens and dis not get it. We were also not notified they disnt have it. They gave the room to someone else which is wrong because we reserved that room for a specific reason.

My stay was great. Everything I needed. The pool and hot tub were a little green. I was disappointed about not being able to sit in the hot tub after a long day.

Paid for a king suite and they gave me a standard queen. Very frustrating. Basically they sold it twice, and said I’d have to get my money back from Travelocity. Guessing they do this regularly and then just capture the money themselves. The manager blamed Travelocity.

Excellent customer service. The hot tub/pool area were clean and the water was hot. They have tea, coffee, and hot chocolate always out for guests.
