"I had the pleasure of staying at Harbour Komodo Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! The location of the hotel is simply perfect – it's situated in a prime area, making it incredibly easy to explore the island has to offer in walking distance. 

The staff here were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, professional, and always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed. It's clear that they go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and valued. The room itself was everything I could have hoped for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind and relax. Lastly, the feeling of safety was something I truly appreciated during my stay. The hotel’s security measures gave me peace of mind, and the area surrounding the hotel felt secure and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable in Labuan Bajo, well-located, and safe place to stay with outstanding service. I can’t wait to return! Thank you so much."

"Very cute hotel far away from the hussel and bussel of everything. While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for. As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain. Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha. Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path. Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time. Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands) Just 1 tip: BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! 🤭"

"The room is really big, the air-conditioning is super sufficient, and each room has two air conditioners."

"The beds are very big and comfy in very clean rooms. The bathrooms were also clean and always had soap, body wash, and toilet paper. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They spent a lot of time trying to help me book transport when I couldn’t do it alone. I would recommend solo travellers to stay here for the location beside dive shops and the comfort of the rooms."

"We got an upgrade to the suite and it was amazing. Great view, nice food and really accommodating, friendly staff. They also arranged a driver for the day for us, and our D much appreciated. "
