GGuest UserA great little find, right next to the train station and only 1 stop from the city. Fab amenities, modern and well maintained, however the check-in process was a nightmare. Extremely difficult to navigate. We booked through trip.com and received no prior comms from kook as what to do we arrived as it doesn't have a check-in/front desk. There were 4 other couples struggling to enter/check-in when we arrived, so it wasn't just us that found it extremely difficult. I also didn't like the idea of leaving a digital copy of my passport, where ID theft and cyber hacking is more common these days. Parking is extra and chargeable at CHF2.50 per hour but there is blue zone parking a short walk away. The lady/teception next door at Moxy was extremely helpful. Next time, I'd probably book Moxy instead!

AAlberto Gómez PiñaThe Hotel is very nice. The staff is great and cool. Modern decoration everywhere, also in the rooms. All is well equipped. The only thing we didn’t like is the food, very limited and not too tasty (all is defrosted in microwave). Also the parking, is public and 30chf per day. The overall experience is very positive. There is no doubt that we will repeat in another moxy as they are all over the globe.

GGuest UserGood location. Only a few mins walk to the train station. The hotel has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so it's good for people taking long trip who need some clean clothes.
The only downside is the noise, especially if your room faces the street. If you open the window for fresh air, you'll have to deal with construction noise and car noise early in the morning

MM362021****Contactless check-in is incredibly convenient. After successfully checking in via mobile, you can simply swipe on the relevant screens to open the hotel entrance, room door, and luggage room. Located in the old town, the hotel appears newly renovated, and the rooms are modern, clean, and tidy. The best part is the common area on the second floor, which features a shared kitchen with free coffee, tea, and hot milk, as well as a small theater. Many guests prepare their own breakfast and dinner here, enjoying the quiet atmosphere at the long dining table. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of Bern at night, making it a delightful evening experience while enjoying a drink. Staff are always available in the common area on the second floor to assist guests. The restrooms have free washing machines and dryers. On check-out day, guests can store their luggage in the luggage room free of charge until 6:00 PM. The room door locks, and luggage can also be locked, providing a very secure and thoughtful experience. There's also a popular Western restaurant downstairs. Reservations are recommended in advance. The hotel exceeded all expectations during our trip to Switzerland, considering its location, price, modernity, quietness, and cleanliness.

GGuest UserA good value hotel, 20 minutes by train from the city center. The front desk is always so cold, but fortunately, any problems are solved in a timely manner according to the process.
A one-day ticket to the city of Bern will be given to solve the transportation costs for sightseeing. The hotel is connected to the mall, so eating is not a problem at all. There is also a huge swimming pool recreation project that can be used for free.

PPepper LMHSpacious and luxurious room with huge bathroom. Conveniently located next to public transportation, attractions and shopping. Restaurant at Sky Terrace was overpriced and didn’t taste nice. Restaurant Jack’s at ground floor has nice ambience and serves nice steaks.

GGuest UserA good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

CChiayeeAmazing place, kitchen has everything, microwave, salt and pepper (just no oil) utensils and cooking equipment is all in good condition.
Only downside is there’s no air conditioning, but the staffs were nice enough to provide me a fan to put in the room. Appreciate the friendly staffs for helping me with the check in process and i was able to check in early thankfully.

There are too few choices for breakfast. When I went to eat at 9 o'clock, there was no toast, and there was no replenishment. Even the guests who came later did not have clean cups, and the waiter did not take any action. I feel that the service needs to be improved.

FFi WongThis hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you
