Hotel room is clean and nice and within the old town so it's convenient to visit the popular spots. Hotel is about 20 mins walk to Bern train station. Check in staff is friendly and helpful.

very convenient just 100mdistance to the train station simple and nice room the pretty girl staff are so nice and friendly the breakfast are super nice... the bread and croissant so delicious

place are in center of bern. everything is nearby and walking distance , can save more pennies . you dont need an cab at all. railways is next, even beautiful viewpoint is just 10 mins walk. the clock tower just 5 mins walk. and so easy to check in. all is just on ur mobile phone apps. happy with my stay. with our spacious room. i dont have proper photos. since we have early check out. but is looks way more bigger than picture. can accomodate even 5 person in bed . it says double but i think both bed are queen size. 🤣🥰❤️ so comfy bed too.

The room is quite good, it included the kitchen in the room which is beneficial for the tourist. However, the room is smaller than my expectation. Overall, it’s good.

This hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

Clean and convenient location (close to train station) Breakfast is good selection and fresh orange juice. Classic charm with an old still operating elevator. Quite noisy at night from trams and buses running if you are a light sleeper. Not an issue for myself.
