Hotels near Harderbahn Funicular - Lower Station, Interlaken

Our stay at Hotel Krebs was great. The the room we received was warm and comfy. Also the view is the mountains could not be beat. Also the breakfast buffet was very delicious. We would stay again when get hers chance to go back to Interlaken. Also the staff at the front desk were very friendly and hateful. 10 out of 10.

The hotel overall is a nice place. Just few minutes walk to the Interlaken West station. The staff and servers are accommodating. There is nearby drug store, coop and Chinese restaurant. My stay are very comfortable and I feel safe all the time. Highly recommended.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff at the reception were wonderful and spoke English. They even gave me some chocolates. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they kindly let me into my room. They also gave me a larger room than the one I had booked. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear voices from the next room—something to keep in mind when talking. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff at reception. This hotel is right at the interlaken west train station so it is super convenient. There is also a super market right across the street. The hotel also provided us a local travel card which allowed us to travel on the buses free of charge within the limited area.

9.5/10 A perfect stay. Very close to the train station, walking distance was like within 6 minutes only, and if you take the bus (105) it was only 3 minutes, with less than 30 seconds walk to the place. The free sauna was an absolute highlight, where you could enjoy a one hour, free and exclusive (only yourself and/or with your roommate only) sauna. The room was also very spacious and comfortable, bathroom bright and clean, breakfast very decent. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Love it.

Sorry it took me awhile to give my review as I just returned home. We are so grateful to Hey Hotel for saving our holiday in Switzerland! We had originally booked an Airbnb (to experience stay in a house) near the interlaken west train station. Upon checking in, to our horror, the flat is so disgustingly dirty and smelled rotten. Not only that, there was roadwork in front and the security to the unit is also lacking. We immediately booked our remaining stay at Hey and our trip was saved! The service staff, a bespectacled gentleman, gave us a free check-in early in the morning and upgraded us to the best room for 4 — no qn asked! We have clean room and best view. The breakfast has amazingly good spread. And at a much cheaper rate than the Airbnb which offered nothing but burnt spice, dirty broken toilet and sticky, greasy flooring.

I couldn't be happier to meet a Chinese girl serving me! The service attitude is very good. The room we stayed in was huge. The town of Interlaken itself is beautiful and has convenient transportation!

This hotel offers great comfort for travelers like us. The room is generously spacious and well-equipped. Conveniently located near a bus stop and not too far from Interlaken West Train Station, it made exploring easy. The receptionist even provided us with a free public transport pass within Interlaken. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
