Facilities: Newly opened hotel, facilities are good, very good value for the price. Cleanliness: The room was clean at first glance; I always check around when I stay in a hotel. The bedding was clean and warm, so I basically didn't need to turn on the air conditioning at night. Environment: The view from the window was good, and the weather was great today, so the view was very open. Service: The hotel staff were very helpful and even helped me plan my trip around the area.

GGuest UserAmazed by this 民宿。The bedroom it's like a 5 star hotel amenities, nice bed, nice furniture. Only a drawback is the disposable towel. Aside from that, we enjoy this homestay so much. Best part is walking distance to 太平街, Guan Xian Old City, South Bridge, blue eye tears, train Lidui Park Station and selfie panda. Recommended to stay here.

I was so lucky to stay in the same hotel as my idol – the atmosphere was incredible! A special shout-out to Jasmine, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, always warm, meticulous, and incredibly caring. Her service was truly heartwarming! Jasmine is not only beautiful and cool, with amazing style and elegant temperament, but also gentle and generous. She took exceptional care of me, providing thoughtful and detailed service, and was always there to help with any request immediately. It was genuinely heartwarming. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right outside. It's also very close to the airport, making it incredibly easy to get to and from the concert. The check-in experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my fellow fans and travelers!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Kuanzhai Alley and is within walking distance, though it might be a bit of a trek if you have very young children. It's conveniently located to all the major attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, and the service was good. There's also parking available. The only downside was that there was construction happening next door during our stay, but we were informed beforehand that it was a municipal project.

BBujianxuededongtianI was very satisfied with my room. Check-in at the hotel lobby was super fast and efficient. Breakfast is served on the 30th floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. There's a free 24-hour laundry room and gym on the 29th floor. The lobby also offers complimentary Haagen-Dazs ice cream! They even gave me a small panda souvenir. It's incredibly close to Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, and the International Finance Square. I highly recommend it to everyone. Right outside, there are delicious 'Bo Bo Ji' (skewered dishes) and BBQ, plus plenty of shops and pharmacies.

Her meticulous and gentle demeanor made me feel right at home. The view from the 14th-floor terrace is particularly stunning; a gentle breeze caresses your face as you take in the breathtaking panorama. The city lights and the pleasant evening air create a truly serene experience. Sitting on the terrace, I savored a peaceful moment, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The evening breeze and beautiful scenery made every moment feel therapeutic and delightful. It's a rare and gentle sanctuary in the midst of a journey.

Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

The robot delivery service was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, the location is fantastic, right next to two metro stations, making it easy to get anywhere. The gym is also really good!
