GGuest UserAs with the other reviews, the service here is amazing. You have the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room. During check-in, the staff will personally bring you to your room. If you arrived early or plan to leave sun moon lake much later after check out, you can leave your bags or luggage to the staff to keep. Staff here also offers tickets to the ferry, bicycle rental, cable car and other services available. The only con is that there is no lakeview, but everything else is very accessible. Bus station, Ferry station, 7-11 and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. As for the room itself, the toilet is equipped with bidet. There's also some snacks and teabags for you. Electric mosquito repellent is also available if there's a need to, but I did not encounter any bugs in the room. Room is also modernly designed and most importantly, clean and bugs-free! Bed is of soft and comfortable type. I nearly dozed off while lying on bed. Wifi's strong as well. Would highly recommend to others who plans to visit sun moon lake. This hotel has almost everything you need, convenience, amazing service, and good food.

GGuest UserVery comfortable small private capsule, just enough to put luggage and still not feel too crammed. Everywhere are clean, including the bathroom. Customer service was great, very informative on the activities around the area (with diacounted prices). Location very close to the shopping area with food and the pier :)

AArtLLocation is super convenient, barely 50m from the 7-eleven and SML's Nantou Bus Ticketing counter where Nantou Bus 6670 from Taichung drop passengers. The ground floor of the B&B is a elegantly decorated tea-shop and had a pleasant whiff of red-dates chinese tea, very welcoming on a hot day. Our room was nicely renovated, very cosy and clean, well laid out, with Taiwan cable channels and Youtube smart TV box. It has modern toilet fittings and very refreshing lightly scented shampoo and body wash in dispensers. The lady at the counter (小芸) was absolutely helpful. She sold us discounted ferry tickets compared to buying from the counters at the pier, explained activities to do and places to visit and boat/bus routes around SML when we arrived and gave us a WhatsApp to contact her for any queries. She also advised us to visit Itashao to taste the street foods for lunch and recommend places for dinner through WhatsApp after returning to Shiushe without pushing us to visit the restaurants nor buy tea from the shop. Truly warm ********* hospitality and the best part of staying in this B&B.

XXinluoyuanThe highlight of choosing the Fleur de Chine Hotel at Sun Moon Lake was the complimentary shuttle service to and from Taichung HSR station. Besides the excellent service and beautiful scenery, the hotel rooms not only have their own hot springs but there's also a public hot spring for guests to enjoy. Breakfast is served until 12 PM, and dinner includes a complimentary bottle of wine per table. The beds in the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the mini-fridge is stocked with free drinks. In the afternoon, there's a shuttle bus service to the pier, and if you want to take the round-the-lake bus, they even provide a free one-day pass. The shuttle back to Taichung departs at 12 PM, so I regrettably didn't get a chance to visit many attractions. I'll definitely come back if I have the opportunity.

VVivian_LoEnjoying the lake view from the balcony was a real treat. Breakfast was simple. The location is in the busiest commercial area, which is super convenient. The room was clean, and the family room was quite spacious. Unfortunately, the pillows weren't very comfortable, and the bed was a little on the firm side. The air conditioning unit between the two beds emitted a glaring blue light when turned on, which disrupted my sleep. I'm not sure if there's a way to turn off that indicator light, or if they should put a sticker over it.

SSmalL GasThe room looked exactly like the photos shown. There was quite a bit of dust around the bedside area, so some cleaning would definitely help. However, a big plus point was the multi-plug provided, which was really convenient.
Despite the minor cleanliness issue, this was still the most comfortable homestay during my Taiwan trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the stay pleasant and welcoming. The bathroom appears to have been renovated recently and is clean and modern.
However, the carpet in the room and in the common areas are quite dated and does not meet current standards. An update would significantly improve the overall comfort and impression of the room. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay thanks to the location and service, but some room upgrades—particularly the carpet—would make a noticeable difference.

XXander WangA well equipped hotel in a quiet spot in town. Conveniently located off the main road with a great buffet breakfast and dinner. Service was great.
The upkeep of rooms could have been a little better as some amenities were a little worn, such as the carpet and console. Loved the onsen water in the bathtub.
The children appreciated the complementary jelly cups and cookies left for us each day.

EEdwinChanThe room was spacious with a beautiful, expansive lake view, though half of the lake visible from our room was dry. The room was clean and free of insects. There was a moth on the balcony one evening, but it was gone by the next morning, and there were no insects on the balcony by the third day. The hotel connects directly to a cycling path and offers free bicycles for guests to use.

HHo Zen YenLocation was nice, walking distance from Idashao Jetty.
Room booked was all lake view double suite, quite disappointed with the space, but the lake view is still great (no balcony)
Towel and other stuffs are not provided for free, they got a price list for it, so its better to prepare small towel when visit. (hair dryer provided)
Services was great, very nice and kind to customers.
Breakfast provided, it was buffet form of local dishes (porridges and sides, with drinks as well)
Overall Rating 7.5/10, its a great place to stay, but might not visit again in a mean time.
