Value for money. Location is near city centre and just 5 min from metro so convenient to get around. Room inclusive of buffet breakfast . Originally was worried if the rooms will be old but turn out pretty well. Reception staff were all friendly. I requested late check out due to train schedule but the receptionist on duty told me to request next morning. Before I could request again, someone contacted me to offer late checkout. The service team seamless handover was superb! specially shoutout to the room attendant that cleaned our room. The room was clean, tidy and smell good. She even cleaned our spectacles and wrote a small note. What a personal touch that I did not expect of the hotel given the room rate was affordable. Will definitely be back if I visit Changsha again!

Front desk staff super helpful to attend our need before & after our stay. The hotel location walkable distance from train station, famous street. Overall is great. And hotel interior design is quite cozy and comfy. Recommend to stay while traveling to Changsha.

We were greeted warmly by Ms 文韬 at check-in. She gave us an upgrade to both rooms to the river view! Her positive attitude impressed us when we requested for a late check out and also asked her for help to call for Didi. We would like to compliment her for going the extra mile to assist knowing that we are not familiar with the Chinese apps and do not have a local number.

Location is quite good as major attractions are nearby. Apartment is big and clean. We enjoyed our stay in changsha

The boss was very polite. As soon as we arrived at the airport, he came to pick us up. It was very convenient. The room was very clean and the facilities and equipment in the room were quite complete, including a hair dryer, a kettle, and an air conditioner. My parents and I stayed here together, and they were very satisfied. It was mainly clean, sanitary and safe. Next time they come to Changsha, they said they would book this hotel again.
