The room was spacious, tidy, and very clean, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The hotel’s central location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient for both leisure and business trips. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. It was just abit noisy because my room is next to the street where there is a christmas market , but the room was well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience — excellent value for money, clean rooms, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham."

"Easy to get to, convenient location, blue badge parking right outside. My room (top floor 324) had two narrow but tall windows with not much view, but let in plenty of light. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, convenient enough for the lifts and had a well-stocked tea tray, plenty of clean towels and a really comfortable bed. Just as importantly was the easy to programme aircon that made sleep possible in the heatwave. Service was polite and prompt and all communal areas were clean and spacious. I was there for a party at the hotel and I would happily host an event there. Perfect for what I wanted."

"This store is located near Snow Hill train station, surrounded by office buildings. There's a police station just 150 meters away, making it feel very safe. The hotel offers free breakfast; although the variety is limited, it's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms are very spacious with great views. Additionally, the shower has strong water pressure, making the overall experience perfect. The price is also reasonable! I would stay here again next time."
