"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 with great Location near to Train Station! I had a really pleasant stay at Britannia Hotel Birmingham New Street. The room was spacious, tidy, and very clean, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The hotel’s central location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient for both leisure and business trips. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. It was just abit noisy because my room is next to the street where there is a christmas market , but the room was well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience — excellent value for money, clean rooms, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham."

"Easy to get to, convenient location, blue badge parking right outside. My room (top floor 324) had two narrow but tall windows with not much view, but let in plenty of light. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, convenient enough for the lifts and had a well-stocked tea tray, plenty of clean towels and a really comfortable bed. Just as importantly was the easy to programme aircon that made sleep possible in the heatwave. Service was polite and prompt and all communal areas were clean and spacious. I was there for a party at the hotel and I would happily host an event there. Perfect for what I wanted."

"This was the third time staying at the hotel and again the service and room were excellent. Very quiet and a really good sleep."

"Perfect central location close to everything, rooms were clean, staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast variety was great. Would definitely stay again and would recommend"

"Great location with the train station, China Town, and the Bullring shopping centre all within an easy walk. The room is basic, bed, bathroom, TV and desk. The staff are very helpful and friendly."

"I had a wonderful stay at this serviced apartment. The property was spotless and extremely well maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really added to the experience. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a studio to a one-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby bus stops and conveniences. The food was another highlight—fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended for both short and long visits"

"The holiday inn is well placed only 10 min walk from Birmingham new street station, the staff are well friendly and the breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and ideal for a short break"

"For the price it’s definitely worth it, definitely recommend!"

"All in all the irish are a very welcoming bunch and the hotel is tge perfect example of that ! It only opened a few weeks ago with a few very very minor things i put down to being a newly opened hotel which with experience should disappear! Sadly we are dependent on public transport so being able to drive is advisable! However our stay was nothing but perfect and i highly recommend PaircHouse Hotel"
