"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 with great Location near to Train Station! I had a really pleasant stay at Britannia Hotel Birmingham New Street. The room was spacious, tidy, and very clean, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The hotel’s central location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient for both leisure and business trips. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. It was just abit noisy because my room is next to the street where there is a christmas market , but the room was well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience — excellent value for money, clean rooms, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham."

"Great location with the train station, China Town, and the Bullring shopping centre all within an easy walk. The room is basic, bed, bathroom, TV and desk. The staff are very helpful and friendly."

"Great 2 days here with the family to go see Aston Villa. 5 mins in uber to the stadium. Same to the train station after. Didn’t eat breakfast there just coffee which was nice and bar nice and chilled out. Rooms big and beds really comfortable."

"This store is located near Snow Hill train station, surrounded by office buildings. There's a police station just 150 meters away, making it feel very safe. The hotel offers free breakfast; although the variety is limited, it's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms are very spacious with great views. Additionally, the shower has strong water pressure, making the overall experience perfect. The price is also reasonable! I would stay here again next time."
