"Room is good but bathroom is not clean. I’m good biggest letdown was the way a guest is being treated at breakfast counter. First they told it’s open up to 10only. When i entered exactly around 9. 55 came and told me that take everything in one serve as we have to takeaway the stuff. I requested them to give me some time and this happened again three times while eating. Such a pathetic behaviour"

"Everything was fantastic, everyone! The service and service-mindedness were excellent, especially in the restaurant. However, I have one small suggestion: please refrain from entering your room when you're not there. It doesn't look good, even if you knock and no one answers. It's considered a refusal of permission. But overall, it was great!"

"It's a decent facility in this part of pune, but we faced issues with the bugs. We had to change our rooms, but still the issue persisted with other rooms as well. Having said that, this is slightly better compared to other hotels in this area of pune"

GGuest UserI made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

ZZahra J KWe lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.
