GGuest UserHotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ms. Kusum was very kind and professional and even changed the room according to our need. Breakfast was with good spread as usual for JW standards. Only setback, too many guests. Crowded during breakfast and lobbies were filled with people due to weddings and events. Otherwise service, amenities and pool areas were all lovely. Satisfied, No regrets

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel with my friends and booked a separate room for myself. The hotel kindly arranged a room for me on the sixth floor with an amazing view of the city of Kolkata. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially the gentleman with glasses at the check-in counter, who always fulfilled my requests and addressed any complaints promptly. They even allowed us a late check-out because our flight was delayed, which I truly appreciated. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were of high quality. The housekeeping staff were polite and clearly took pride in their work. The security staff at the main entrance were also very courteous and always ready to help — whether it was providing small change for delivery drivers or Uber payments. Special thanks to Raghunath, one of the security team, who helped us load over 60 kilograms of luggage into our Uber when we were heading to the airport. Overall, my experience was exceptional. The kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting Kolkata.

GGuest UserMy friend and I decided to stay here because of the location and reviews. It was a good location…honestly we Ubered everywhere but it seemed like a good base. The room was tinier than expected, but met our needs. It was clean, everything worked, no one bothered us when we had our “don’t bother us” sign on. The shower was ok…could have been hotter, but good pressure. I do wish we had been able to check out late, but they held out luggage on the last day. I skipped breakfast each morning, but my friend said it was good!

GgerardVery friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

GGuest UserIt is a floating hotel I didn’t realize. Very convenient and beautiful hotel All staff were so friendly For Instagramers, it would be heaven Breakfast was brilliant with curry, nan, zapati and so many sweets! It is floating but very comfy Only 1 issue l, no toilet paper or tissue any place even inside a room It would be India issue, not a hotel issue though I LOVED THIS HOTEL!! Definitely will recommend my friends too

GGuest UserHotel is nearby birla school, mint o park. Park street and Arselan biryani ( park circus) is walkable distance. Theater road join birla platarium. Rate is quite high on the basis of service. Breakfast is not good. Charging for drinking water. Restaurant was full of hukka lover in the evening. Smoke is everywhere in restaurant.
