The location was pretty amazing, very easy to get to several modes of transportation, especially Metro and Centrale Train Station. The hotel was easy to locate, and the rooms were modern and good-sized (depending of your choice). I was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet as I was facing the inner courtyard. The shower was amazing, and the bedwas big and comfy. Daily housekeeping keeps everything looking fresh and neat. I enjoyed my stay. Honestly, I was skeptical because there were no pictures or reviews prior to the time of the booking! But honestly my husband were pleasantly surprised!! Newly built so obviously in good condition. We had a corner room on the top floor that had a nice balcony. Shower with 2 heads with good water pressure. Some parts of the hotel were still working on construction so a bit busy, but besides that it's close to the station. The staff are lovely. The room itself was beautiful!! Definitely would come back!!

It's easily accessible from the station, which was very helpful for us since we had a lot of luggage. It seems they don't offer daily room service, but the showers and toilets were clean, which was nice. The security boxes in each room didn't seem to work very well, which was a bit of a concern, but I think it won't be a problem if everyone takes precautions.

I stayed here in July with my friend. The hotel location is really convenient (5 mins walk to the main station). For two people the room size is good, amenities etc however at night it got really cold and spare duvets were not provided (had the AC on the entire night as my friend needed it). It would be useful for duvets to be stored in the cupboards already as we had to make a phone call around 2am for it which took a while to come. Reception staff were nice, stored our luggage and umbrellas were provided for the day.

Enjoy your stay.
This hotel is excellent. I booked a superior single room, and it had plenty of space for me and my luggage. The room was exceptionally clean. All the bathroom fixtures were new, and the towels and bedding were pristine white, looking brand new. The gels and lotions were lovely, infused with argan oil extract. There was also a kettle with everything needed for a hot drink: several types of tea, coffee, cream, and sugar. Breakfast offered a great selection, including many varieties of cheese, ham, eggs, omelets, and bacon. There were also numerous kinds of bread and pastries, yogurts, muesli, and juices, plus several types of fruits and berries. The coffee was from a machine. The hotel's location is also superb. It's situated on a street with well-known, affordable brand shops. It's just a 10-minute walk to Milano Centrale train station and a 15-minute walk to the Duomo. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

AAlexanderWe booked 3 superior rooms, specifying king-size beds in our wishes. Upon check-in, one of the rooms turned out to have twin beds. After discussing it with the reception, this room was changed. Next, it turned out that all three rooms were intended for disabled people, the bathrooms in these rooms were different from the bathrooms shown both in the photo on trip.com and in the photo on the hotel website. After explaining the situation, the receptionist replied that in their system standard rooms and rooms for disabled people are not different, but in fact we did not receive the rooms we booked. The receptionist firstly changed one room to a standard one, and after several dozen minutes, changed another one. The third standard room was not available that day. As a result, the check-in procedure, which usually takes about 10 minutes, took us about an hour and a half, and during this time we were running around and moving our luggage from floor to floor. The receptionist promised to come up later with some kind of compensation but nothing was offered.
And then there's more. At the end of our stay, one of the rooms was being cleaned during breakfast. When we came to the door of the room there was a sign on it saying ”do not enter, cleaning in progress”. After the cleaning was completed, it turned out that about 1000 euros were missing from a bag lying next to the TV. We went to the reception and the hotel manager, Mr. Bernardo, came out to us. The manager promised to execute an investigation and about half an hour later we received a call from him that the investigation was complete. He explained that the inspection of the cleaning staff did not reveal anything, and only suggested contacting the police.
As a result, these two incidents seriously ruined our stay at the hotel, and the hotel did not provide any compensation. Non-transparent information about the conditions of check-in and, worst of all, theft in the rooms - so you should think and decide for yourself, are you ready to meet this or not.
All the best.
GGuest UserI had the pleasure of living there. Anything is nice and clean, there are free lockers, toiletries, as well as free tea/coffee, vegetables and pasta in the kitchen!!! That’s really surprise me.
If I’m picky, I would say the water for bathroom is not hot enough. (if it’s winter, then it would be a problem. I don’t know whether they will provide hotter water during winter time.) But other than that, it’s fantastic and the overall experience was delightful.
林林雷恩RyanThe transportation is convenient, the hotel is very clean, the service staff is professional, shopping is convenient and convenient, and the public security is relatively safe. Except for the high accommodation cost, I am very satisfied with everything else. Will definitely visit again next time!
SSaravpStaff was amazing very welcoming, was given a voucher for a free drink loved it! Also very attentive to all our questions.
Location wasn’t too bad nearest train/metro was roughly a 10-15min walk not bad at all.
Views from room obviously just main roads.
Washroom was very clean as well maybe minor issues but overall very good.
EElenaIt is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.

GGuest UserOstello Bello Grande is a clean and comfortable youth hostel. The capsule beds are exceptionally clean, spacious enough, and provide a secure night's sleep. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The location is generally good, about 3 kilometers from Milan Central Station, requiring a short bus ride, which makes getting around quite convenient. It offers good value for money, and I highly recommend it for solo travelers!
GGuest UserIt’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey.
Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.
AAnonymous UserI chose the largest room. Although the facilities are a bit old, they have everything you need. The hotel doesn't offer much else, but it boasts a large courtyard and a spacious paid parking lot at the back. Actually, there's free parking available outside the paid lot. Tip: The breakfast is quite average, so you might want to skip it.
