The hotel located 20 mins far from Duomo in the North accessible by tram. The room was clean. And spacious enough for 2. They provided shampoo and body wash. Even some equipments did not work but they came to fix it right away. They have only one electronic socket point in the room which is a little bit difficult for 2 people but they brought us the spare plugs socket so it was solved.

Perfect location and wonderful stay! The hotel has an excellent location — just a short walk from Cadorna station, the Hop-on Hop-off bus stop, and the magnificent Sforza Castle. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Most importantly, I felt completely safe during my stay.

Nice hotel service and nice location. Near the train and the bus station. They call it the Eternal City. A phrase that feels almost trite until you stand alone, utterly dwarfed, beneath the Pantheon’s impossible dome, or trace your fingers over travertine worn smooth by two thousand years of passing hands. Rome isn’t just eternal; it’s immediate, visceral, a theatre of existence where the past isn’t preserved behind glass, but bleeds passionately into the vibrant, chaotic present. And experiencing it solo? That’s not loneliness; it’s liberation. It’s a conversation, intimate and profound, between your soul and the city’s timeless spirit. My dialogue began at dawn, chasing the first honeyed light spilling across the Piazza Navona. Alone, you move differently. Unburdened by consensus or compromise, I followed whims: detouring down a cobbled *vicolo* heavy with the scent of baking cornetti, drawn by the sudden, breathtaking reveal of the Trevi Fountain, still relatively quiet. Tossing my coin wasn’t just a tourist ritual; it was a whispered promise to the city, a silent pact sealed in the cool morning air and the fountain’s roaring majesty. Solitude amplifies these moments – the crisp *click* of your heels on ancient stone, the unfiltered awe as Bernini’s marble figures seem to surge from the water, frozen in divine drama. If you don’t mind being a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Milan then this is for you. The metro is about 7 mins walk to the hotel which connects you anywhere in Milan. Take the breakfast buffet, its worth it. Will also save you time in trying to look for something to eat in the area.

The location was pretty amazing, very easy to get to several modes of transportation, especially Metro and Centrale Train Station. The hotel was easy to locate, and the rooms were modern and good-sized (depending of your choice). I was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet as I was facing the inner courtyard. The shower was amazing, and the bedwas big and comfy. Daily housekeeping keeps everything looking fresh and neat. I enjoyed my stay. Just a few steps away, you have access to quick groceries from Carrefour or Pam. Definitely consider this place if I'm back in Milan again.

The hotel facilities very good and the receptionist are helpful

The location of the hotel is great, and the service was great. We had an issue with a safe in the room, which was fixed immediately. The front desk team was wonderful! In general, it's a very clean and nice hotel from the lobby to the rooms. We stayed from Sept 26, 2025, to Oct 1, 2025. I rated facilities as 4 and not 5 stars due to a few reasons: - It was extremely cold in the room, especially in the mornings. Shivering in the morning was extremely uncomfortable when you get out of the shower and wish there was a heat source close by because you are shivering. - One night, we returned from a theatre and ordered two grilled sandwiches in the bar, 14 euros per one. The sandwich was two semi-cold pieces of white bread, one piece of cold cut meat (no idea what kind) and one piece of semi-cold cheese. - The hotel has no food in the rooms policy. Since the use of the late-night ”bar” is definitely not recommended, keep in mind that you will have to eat something outside before returning late. We didn't try their restaurant, but considering the experience with the late-night ”bar”, I would be cautious. If you are prepared to overlook the minor things stated above, we recommend staying in this hotel.

We were upgraded to hotel regency due to Corallo being renovated. But it was even better, do no complains
