The room was a bit small, but it had all the essential amenities. The bathroom was quite tiny, and it would be cramped for two people. If you want a Tokyo Tower view room, make sure to book the room type shown with the Tokyo Tower in the picture and request 'tower view' in your notes. During the May Day holiday, the Tokyo Tower lights shut off at midnight. Breakfast was a bit pricey, costing an additional 150 or 190 per person (can't quite remember the exact amount), but the variety was excellent, and the freshly made cheese scrambled eggs were delicious. You can see the Tokyo Tower from the breakfast restaurant. The lobby is beautiful, and they offer luggage storage on both check-in and check-out days. The staff were all very friendly.

This hotel is perfect for introverts! You can opt for just towel changes or schedule a light cleaning, choosing whether or not staff enter your room based on your preference – it's incredibly thoughtful. There's a coffee machine downstairs available anytime. The first floor has a restaurant, and breakfast is served there. While the selection isn't huge, it covers all the essentials, including both Western and Japanese options. The location is super convenient, highly recommended! It's just a 1-minute walk to the Toei Asakusa Line and a 5-minute walk to the JR Yamanote Line. NeWoman is right across the street, and there's a new JW Marriott there too. The value for money is outstanding; apart from the small room, everything else is just perfect!

Every Mitsui Garden Hotel I've stayed at has its own unique charm. This was my first time at the Roppongi location, and the front desk even gave my daughter a cute teddy bear, which was such a warm gesture. I used to always stay at the Mitsui in Gotanda, but this Roppongi one is excellent too! The bed is huge, easily fitting three people comfortably. The only minor issue is finding space for luggage. Downstairs is incredibly convenient, with plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. There's a bus stop just 100 meters away that goes to Omotesando, and Tokyo Tower is right next door.

I checked in on December 29th. The room rate was over 1000 RMB, but the service, facilities, and breakfast were only at the level of a Hanting Hotel – not worth the price. After New Year's Day, the price dropped to around 300 RMB. I wonder if Ctrip is taking advantage of loyal customers. When choosing hotels on Ctrip for outbound travel, compare prices for the next few days. If the difference is too large, check several platforms. This hotel isn't worth over 1000 RMB; you could choose one under 400 RMB.

The reason why all five points are given is because the location is too good, the subway is super close, about 50 meters, the subway can directly connect to Shibuya, Ginza, Akihabara and other major business districts. What kind of bicycles are needed for this point? It is very good to be able to live in more than 20 flat rooms in Tokyo. This room can see the Tokyo Tower. The food nearby is very good. The supermarket convenience store ramen restaurant has Western restaurants. The hotel is opposite the Roppongi Hill. There is also a Chinese like lululemon. Above.

Quite hard to find, even though it is near Akebonobashi station (exit A2), which is an exit without the escalator. There are lots of convenience store around, so it's good for midnight snack. One can walk to the Shinjuku Gyoen park, so that's very good location. The lighting in the room is rather confusing to manage (the first hotel with this remote-controlled only lighting, no switch!), took me 5-10 minute to figure out how to turn off the light without taking out the central card! It should have been made more obvious during check in (yes, there is an instruction book, but no one would flip it in the middle of the night to find out how to turn off the main light!)

It felt just like being at home, very comfortable. The facilities were excellent and clean, making for a pleasant stay! The refrigerator was a full-sized one, just like at home, which was great because I could buy ice cream without any issues. They don't provide toothbrushes or pajamas, so if you bring your own toothbrush set and something to sleep in like a T-shirt, you'll have a perfectly comfortable stay! As someone from the countryside, I really enjoyed experiencing life in Tokyo. Thank you!

The history of the late shogunate is blessed. Five steps down from the building is the memorial plaque of Takasugi Shinsaku's arson. Choshu is happy again😍😍😍 The transportation is quite convenient. It is a little far from Shinagawa Station to walk for 10 minutes, but if you can't walk and have money, you can take a bus from Shinagawa Station. Shinagawa Station is very convenient to take the Yamanote Line/Narita Airport Express/to Yokohama. It is also convenient to take the bus to the Rinkai Line to catch the Harukome. You have to make the bed yourself, but it is not troublesome. It is very comfortable to sleep. The heating in the room is sufficient, and the heating in the bathroom is a bit too strong. After washing, the whole body is hot. There is shampoo and shower gel. The family room booked has enough space for three people to sleep together, and it is more than enough to put backpacks and luggage. There are bath towels in the room, and it is best to bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste/cup. The front desk brother can speak Chinese, which shocked my heart and is very good. The price is the best. Anyway, those who come to visit the holy land of Edo are blessed! ☺️☺️☺️

I will definitely choose this hotel again next time when I visit Tokyo! Location is 10/10, just opposite to JR station and a few mins away from Akihabara. Room is spacious as compared to other hotels in Tokyo, also very clean with a chic design. Love the shower room, surprised to see that the amenities are made in Italy. Would be even better if lotion is provided since Japan's winter is really dry. Breakfast is nice and front desk staff are friendly and cheerful.

Thank MIYU During my trip to Japan, I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff, MIYU (an intern), left a very deep impression on me. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and my English is not very good. However, MIYU could already understand what I wanted to say before I finished my sentence. This shows that she truly understands the needs of customers and is very empathetic. She is also very familiar with all aspects of the hotel’s operations and answered my questions patiently. Her attitude and work performance are truly commendable, and she made me feel very welcomed. I am very grateful for her help.

I liked this place. A pretty standard classic capsule hotel: sizeable capsule with a console, daily turnover service, large shower and onsen room with an attached steam room. Service was good: they have an army of twinks working there after hours, it was like being checked in by BTS. All issues I had with my capsule (broken lightbulb) were addressed quickly and cheerfully. Sometimes it kinda seemed like they were laughing at a few of the foreign guests, but you know what, fair. This place is kinda rules heavy, with lots of notices posted around the property. There is no eating or drinking in the capsules, and instead you have to go to this common area that feels a bit like a hospice for abandoned uncles. Vending machines, manga library, smoking cubicles, that sorta thing. Clean and tidy though, equal numbers of dudes using it for remote working and day drinking (I have a feeling that some ppl live in this place). They have the usual elaborate system of lockers and keys, but they will store your luggage for you while you are out. No need to check out in the day. Overall a chill experience. While I was staying there though some dude did have a mini breakdown about what he saw as it's shortcomings, so I just wanted to comment on that. According to him the place was disgusting. He was especially perturbed by the housekeeping service and the showers. His claim was the the toilets were dirty and that it was unacceptable to fold bedsheets on the floor. Mind you, he was having this rant at 10:30 - checkout is at 10:00, meaning that a whole stampede of airport-bound weebs had just taken spicy ramen fuelled power dumps so they could get out of there on time. Most of the day the facilities were pretty spotless in my opinion. In regards to folding the bedsheets on the floor, I dunno what in the Disney princess he was expecting, but there really isn't anywhere else to do it. I think it's unreasonable to expect little doves to come fly your linens into your capsule tbh. The capsules are literally on... the floor! What do you want? His overall complaint that the space was generally messy was a lot more valid. At this point I had a suspicion that they kind of segregated foreigners from Japanese customers. It's true, that the foreign floor was a bit of a tip - luggage thrown around, empty bottles everywhere, garbage. I went up to the Japanese floors to snoop around a bit. Spotless. (Pictures of both included for comparison) In this case I think the call is coming from inside the capsule, not really fair to hold the staff accountable to your own messy manners. His final gripe was about the showers - specifically the lack of private cubicles. Private cubicles were not advertised anywhere and Japanese onsens are pretty standardly communal spaces, so again I dunno what he wanted. Maybe a shower, with a curtain? Maybe a shower with a door? Maybe a shower with a psychic forcefield that would make his ex girlfriends forget his underwhelming junk and prevent his father from behind disappointed in him? I'm not sure. But I guess the dozen shower stations with soap, shampoo, and face wash weren't cutting it. In fact a lot of the Western guests seemed pretty pranged out by the shower situation, waiting until like two am to wash up and then scurrying around the baths with a hand towel infront of their package like a little purse. If you regret going bald, that's on you. Kinda silly, but if you are bashful maybe this also isn't the hotel for you. Unreasonable though to blame the establishment for you own shame. Anyway, that's all to say the worst part of my stay was for sure the ranting and raving from an unshowered backpacker while I was trying to have a lie in. Otherwise a pretty decent stay.
