We had a wonderful family stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel. The location was perfect — right next to Tokyo Dome City with plenty of entertainment, food options, and easy access to the subway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful city views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. Our child enjoyed the nearby attractions, and it made exploring Tokyo so convenient for the whole family. Overall, a great experience and a hotel we would happily return to on our next trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended for families!

Great hostel near Akusabashi station. They girl at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The hostel is clean, with spacious beds and bathrooms. Nice lobby area, highly recommend it!

The hotel is very clean and the room is quiet spacious however I don't like that you have to set the cleaning service manually from the TV, so if forgot to set it; the room will not be cleaned. Everything else is according to my expectations because this is a three star hotel

I cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff were amazing went above and beyond, they helped me use Japan mail and weighed my packages. So friendly and always had advice. The facilities are clean and well stocked, free coffee as well as a makeup room for women with hair straighteners and curlers! Common rooms nice and felt very safe. The room itself is small but my large suitcase fit well under the bed. Showers and toilets clean and available, never had to wait. Great location, in a nice safe area. Beautiful hotel - If I was to return to tokyo I would definitely stay here.

I had planned to go to the SEVENTEEN concert at Tokyo Dome, so I was searching for a convenient place to stay. This hotel, located just one station away and a short walk from the station, was the perfect find. The area is well-served with convenience stores, restaurants, and vending machines. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I checked in before my concert and left my luggage in the room, so I didn't have much time to take detailed photos. The room itself was quite compact, measuring only 6 square meters (approximately 2x3 meters). However, it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveler and I was able to fit my 28-inch suitcase on the floor. The bed was a fold-out and wasn't the most comfortable, but it was good enough for a one-night stay. The room wasn't as stuffy as I expected, and the air conditioning worked well. A small desk and chair were positioned near the window, and the curtains could be opened for natural light while getting ready. The desk wasn't huge, but it was quite long and could hold plenty of belongings. A TV was mounted on the wall next to the window, but I didn't have a chance to check it out. The room also featured a large mirror, clothes hangers, and a double-sided clothes rack. If you had a lot of luggage, you could store items on the upper shelf. The shared shower and bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained, with two of each on each floor. There were also double sinks. Basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were provided. You can purchase a Metro Tokyo pass directly from the staff at the lobby. The hotel also offers various activities and services; feel free to inquire with the staff for more details.

Nice and clean hotel, located next to the train station and the receptionist can speak Thai.

good loction , have big super market near hotel , many resturants around hotel , but no shopping place , hotel is quite , In a room floor ,bed, bathroom is clean but window and light on the top , thing on the top it have many dust

excellent location with easy connection to almost everywhere in such a metropolitan. rooms are clean with perfect air conditioning control.

Fastest tap Ive ever seen, almost overfilled the tub twice during my stay 🫣 free coffee in the lobby, it's a little old school the way you have to give the front desk your key when going out (unless it's a quick 5 min trip to the conbini) but it's a cute nostalgic quirk I guess and this means you'll never lose it outside
