The hotel is in the night district of Osaka and there are many bars and restaurants nearby. It’s very convenient to take the metro and the famous Glico man sign is a short walk away. I only gave three stars to the staff because they wouldn’t give me extra pillows for a comfortable nights rest.

Pay attention to the room size when booking. The location is unbeatable – within walking distance to Shinsaibashi, with a convenience store right outside, and the meeting point for day tours just at the corner. It's the top choice if you're planning to book a day tour. Breakfast was a bit simple.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba offers a very smooth and easy check-in and check-out process. Everything is well-organized and hassle-free. The hotel provides almost everything guests might need — even small details like hair ties are available. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Nipponbashi Metro Station. Traveling to Nara is very convenient as there’s no need to change trains, and Namba Station is also within walking distance. After check-out, guests can still store their luggage at the hotel. They provide a luggage tag number, which makes the process secure and easy. Although the room is small (typical for Japan), it is well-equipped with complete amenities and everything is functional. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and always greet guests with a smile. Overall, this hotel is great value for money with an excellent location and service. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Osaka, especially around the Namba area.

Namba and Shinsaibashi shopping districts are also just about a ten-minute walk away. 🏠 Comfortable Stay While the rooms maintain the typical Japanese hotel standard of being compact and refined, they make excellent use of space, featuring a modern design and pristine cleanliness. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. The biggest surprise, though, is the value for money – finding a hotel of this quality at this price in a prime Osaka location is truly rare.

Staying at Nipponbashi Crystal Hotel Namba was a comfortable and convenient experience, especially for exploring Osaka. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with cozy rooms that have everything you need for a short or long stay. Its location is a big plus—just a short walk to Nipponbashi Station, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Overall, it’s a great value option in Namba for travelers who want easy access to the city while enjoying a quiet and relaxing place to rest.

This is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, including some who speak Chinese. The rooms are clean, and it's within walking distance of Kuromon Market, Kizugawa Market, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Namba Station. The area is lively and bustling at night. All facilities are well-equipped, and the convenient location means you'll have no trouble finding food and drinks. The only minor drawbacks are a few neglected spots during cleaning, like dust behind the TV that can fall onto the sheets. Also, if you choose the largest twin room, be aware of noise issues as it's near a street intersection with large, not very soundproof windows. However, other room types are very quiet. If I visit Osaka again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Osaka Namba. The location is absolutely superb — just a few steps away from Dotonbori, making it incredibly convenient for food, shopping, and exploring the vibrant nightlife. The room size was a pleasant surprise, especially for Japan. We were able to fully open two large suitcases comfortably, which made a huge difference during our stay. The daily cleaning service was spectacular — everything was always spotless and well-organized when we returned each day. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and coffee. A special mention goes to the lovely Dove shampoo, soap, conditioner, and lotion — such a nice touch that made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, an excellent choice in Osaka, and I would definitely stay here again!

Coming from the airport, we took the Nankai Line to ”Tengachaya,” then transferred to the K-Line subway to Ebisuchō Station, which is very close. The hotel is right there when you exit. Actually, there's no need to book breakfast at the hotel; it's a set meal. There's a FamilyMart right across the street, and downstairs, there's a local udon noodle shop (Men no Sho Tsurumaru Udon (Nipponbashi store)) with a few tables and reasonable prices, so breakfast isn't necessary. We actually couldn't get used to their breakfast, FamilyMart is better. It's about a 20-minute walk to Shinsaibashi and Namba. To get to Kyoto, you can take the Keihan Electric Railway from Yodoyabashi.

Everything from shopping and dining to attractions is within easy reach, yet the hotel itself is a tranquil oasis, providing a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner of the room was spotless, the bedding pristine, and the bathroom gleamed. The air was fresh and pleasant. While the facilities aren't luxurious, they are complete and practical. The comfortable mattress ensured a good night's sleep, and thoughtful amenities like air conditioning and an air purifier were much appreciated. The staff were a true highlight – everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was warm and friendly, always greeting guests with a smile, patiently answering questions, and even hand-drawing maps to help with directions, which made me feel incredibly welcome. In summary, with its convenient location, pristine environment, excellent facilities, and attentive service, this is an outstanding choice for anyone visiting Osaka. My only regret is that this was just a stopover for me, and I only stayed for one day before heading to Kyoto. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Osaka.

This newly opened hotel is very clean and the facilities are brand new. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. It's right next to a famous tourist spot, and located directly in a food street, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the subway station, about a 10-minute walk. There's a big supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. You can also get to Shin-Imamiya, for airport access, in about 10 minutes on foot.
