"My stay at Prince Hotel was nothing but joyous - this hotel shines in those little things that are the most important for a comfortable trip. The whole building, from the lobby to the guest floors, is immaculate and well kept, giving a clean and cozy feeling that immediately relaxes you. The only that I will say about this hotel is: the staff was phenomenal: every single employee was genuinely warm, enthusiastic and helpful. Their warm smiles and readiness to help made check-in and check-out and all the dealings in between easy and joyful experiences. The room was on the small side (this is standard in Tokyo) but was intelligently designed with all the basics, and the size never got in the way of our having a good time. Moreover, the daily housekeeping service was flawless – our room was meticulously cleaned every day, ensuring it remained neat and fresh throughout our stay. Besides the tiny space, I really have nothing to complain about. This is a clean, well-run, practical hotel in a good location in Tokyo makin it a great choice for visitors to the citiy. I’d definitely stay here again and would suggest it to anyone who needs a dependable, comfortable place to stay!"

"Hotel prices nowadays in Tokyo are sky high so we decided to stay here. Incredible value in a really good location.  Sunshine city is just a few minutes away and it’s only a 7 minute walk to Ikebukuro station. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a value and budget pic"

"A nice small hotel, with room laundry in it. Many restaurants are nearby, you can take the amenities you want at the lobby."

"The room is tidy and clean and well equipped  The bed is big and cozy with a wide range of pillow choices  Though true public onsen is quite small but good enough for the short relaxation after shopping. A surprising welcome drink in at night with free flow of different alcoholic drinks is certainly a bonus."

"Hotel had direct limousine bus connections to Narita and Haneda. They are quite strict on check-in/check-out times. Prefer if they have some flexibility on this. Could store bags before check-in times 3pm and after check-out at 12 noon. The staff spoke good English and were helpful. Room was on 8th floor - non-smoking floor. Quite a good size. Two twins and extra bed can fit 3 adults comfortably. The 8th floor seems to be older rooms - maybe not renovated floor compared to some other floors. Location is good, across from Lumine/Tobu Dept Store on the West side of Ikebukuro Station."
