"Stay here for a night as stop over. The service was great and easy to check in. The location in considered central which is about 5 min walk to the subway station. There were quite a lots of restaurants and convenient store in the area. The room is tokyo standard size but okay in size (can open the luggage fully). The room is clean and simple. The water was warm and water pressure was good. The sound proofing is acceptable but it is still in area with lots of emergency so you might still be able to hear the siren faintly if you are a light sleeper. The breakfast was a rather simple breakfast but you can get free coffee24hrs from the lobby. Generally speaking it is quite a satisfying stay. I would consider to return to this hotel again."

"The place is quite convenient. Walk in 5 minutes from the train station of 東新宿 or 10 minutes from 新大久保. It can be a little bit noisy at night because of the nearby road. 2 double beds are enough for 4 visitors. The bathroom is the only problem since it is quite small and smelly. In general, it is a nice place for staying. Recommended."
