Nice place to stay and very clean but breakfast need to be upgrade.

It is a beachfront hotel. There is a beach that kids can swim and play there . It’s perfect for family. I like sit by the restaurant to watch the sunset and feel relaxed. The restaurant has breakfast but not variable enough. Beside has a friendly swimming pool for kids . There is a gym next to the pool. It is sea view gym but the equipment in there is not many choices. The hillside room is spacious and clean. But it is near to main road so you can hear the vehicle noise in the middle of night. The staff are very friendly and nice. If you like to eat the local food, there is a local food court in walking distance. There is variety of choices and delicious.

A very good location and very well maintained hotel. We like this hotel very much and will be back to this hotel in our next visit. Booked Seaview room and happened to see fireworks when Christmas eve

Affordable and functional room, probably just a tad old. Felt more like a guesthouse/Airbnb than a hotel. But the service was great and the customer service was speedy. Love the size of the room and how close it is to the amenities and being in the heart of town.

This is our 5th or 6th time spending our holidays at the Flamingo Hotel. We choose this hotel mainly because of its good location, affordable price, and the beautiful view from the swimming pool all the way to the beach. The route from the pool to the beach also seems safe, especially for my children. However, one thing that I do not agree with is that some people openly drink alcohol near the kids’ pool without any remorse or consideration. On 15 December, I personally witnessed a few non-Malaysian men and women doing this. I informed the staff on duty, but unfortunately, no action was taken. And also please reduce the usage of clorox detegent during room cleanliness. The strong odors from the cleaning products may affect or repel some guests. Will come again. And hope foe the better in future. 🙏

Nice location , just beside tanjung bungah beach , u can walk around the beach , Room was spacious and clean with large living room area , suitable for family gathering , and view is superb , wide view of ocean with sound of wave hitting beach

Great hotel for those looking for a sea view with direct beach access at a reasonable price! The hotel kindly arranged for a high floor room with a request at booking. Check in was efficient and seamless by receptionist Marvel. Amenities were largely sufficient thought those who are more particular might wish to consider bringing their own body soap/shampoo as the hotel uses an All in one option. Would definitely consider returning on my next trip!

Our experience at this hotel was great. The rooms were comfortable, the environment was clean, and the service was good. Most importantly, all of my family members enjoyed the stay and felt relaxed and happy throughout our time here. It was a memorable family trip, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

We decided to stay at this very unique hotel based on all the great reviews. And we were not disappointed. This hotel is central to so many gorgeous attractions. And even though we had originally wanted to rent one of the many city bicycles available from stations in and around Georgetown, we decided to walk instead, because the heavy traffic and construction worried us. There's just so much to see and do that we became easily overwhelmed. Again, The Loop on Leith is an excellent location that walking around and seeing the sights ends up working out very well, especially when you're avid photographers like we are. I loved the modern decor of our room with its hip and trendy vibes. A rather small room but still very functional. The bathroom is excellent with hot water and very good shower pressure. And our included breakfast buffet was delicious, although I wish there had been a little more variety. And the cooks and staff were very professional and very attentive, always making sure the buffet counter was replenished. Much of the time the breakfast buffet was quite busy. After all, this is a very busy hotel and for good reason. But still, we would easily return here to stay for a few nights. We also enjoyed the Netflix in our room and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent mini fridge and even a little sofa. And we even had a fantastic view of the city. But sometimes it can get noisy, mostly from activity from other guests. Thankfully, I always travel with ear plugs. An incredible little hotel, surrounded by so many top-notch gourmet restaurants too. The hotel has gorgeous decor and awesome personality. This is the place to stay in the heart of Georgetown.
