Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a fantastic location just across from Greenbelt Mall and near lots of shops & restaurants. Free WiFi, rooftop pool, and decent amenities make it a good value. A few downsides: noise can be an issue (street / construction, especially on lower floors), some rooms / fixtures feel a little dated, and views from some windows aren’t great.

The staff were nice and very casual. The enthusiasm was mid during the middle of the day, asked for ID be email to their email address. That part was hassle for me, I was not aware beforehand. Anyway, they handed me the key, explained somethings then let me go up my room. Room was spacious and clean. Other rooms were not sound proof, similar to my booked room. I can hear creaking of beds from the other room. Then, first morning, I was awaken my the noise from the TV of the adjacent room. Awfully morning for me but sure considerably tolerable noise from the outside. No big deal. Then, since I booked via the Trip app, reservation has been confirmed immediately. I can check out earlier if needed, but cannot find the extension of booking. Short stay overall good.

The location is great. Lots of place to eat. the first room assigned to us smells like bleach so we had to transfer. Then the next room, the ref didnt work but they replaced it. The service was spectacular. However, the WALLS are WAY TOO THIN. You can hear the conversation and the the other room ********** which really ruined the stay.

For Christmas and New Year 2025, Valero Grand Suites offered a very good holiday stay — comfortable and homey, with great staff service and a prime Makati location that made it easy to enjoy festive dining, shopping, and countdown celebrations nearby.

I had a wonderful five‑night stay at Makati Diamond Residences, where the service stood out for being consistently attentive and professional, making me feel well taken care of throughout. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after busy days. Its prime location in the heart of Makati made it easy to access shopping, dining, and business areas, which added great convenience to my trip. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience that combined excellent hospitality with comfort and accessibility.

The location is absolutely superb! I stayed here because I got an incredibly cheap rate with a special discount, but here are some things to note: 1) As of February 2026, the elevator is manually operated, so you'll need to call the front desk or the elevator attendant to use it. 2) Only bath towels are provided; there are no hand towels. 3) Only shampoo and soap are available; no other amenities like toothbrushes are provided. 4) Since this is a condominium, hotel guests check in at the reception counter opposite the main counter. On the positive side: 1) The room comes with a kitchen, including dishes, pots, and cooking utensils. Having a microwave in the room was very convenient. 2) The shower worked perfectly fine. 3) There are two 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby. 4) The area boasts numerous large supermarkets, an older but affordable and convenient department store, brand-name shops, museums, and many other commercial facilities. There's also plenty of natural environment with several parks, and a wide variety of restaurants. 5) Although it's an older building, I found it to be acceptably clean. Aside from the elevator, the experience was good.

I had a very satisfying stay at New World Makati Hotel, and I've already made a repeat booking for my next visit.. which says it all!! I arrived earlier than official check-in time, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. He kindly assisted me in using the fitness center first, allowing me to shower and freshen up after my journey. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Throughout my visit, the team was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again this week 😊

My recent stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The biggest highlight is definitely the roof deck pool—it’s superb, offering stunning views of the skyline and sunset. It truly feels like the perfect city escape. The hospitality here is five-star, no question. The staff are incredibly kind and approachable, and they even generously upgraded my room from a standard to a superior king. That level of service makes a huge difference! Highly recommended for a romantic getaway, social events, or anyone who just needs a fantastic break from the city hustle.

Everything is all good. ☺️ What I love here is the cleanliness of the entire room and area. The blanket, pillows and towels really smell nice. Giving me cozy home vibes. Will book again in the future. Thanks for having us! 😊

What an amazing difference an experience compared to several years ago when I used to stay regularly at this hotel. The attention to detail is outstanding compared to it used to be. The check in and out is fast and efficient, greeted with a smile. They even welcomed me back, paying attention to the fact I'd been a previous guest. Want to leave your deposit via a card? No problem at all. No insisting that you go to an atm to draw our cash!! The buffet breakfast was plentiful and hot, with a good variety of both Western and Filipino dishes. The only thing missing was some lovely fried bacon.😎🙏 Staff in the restaurant were always on duty, ensuring that tables were clean quickly and efficiently. The chef and kitchen staff were always checking on the amount of food available for guests and refilling as quickly as possible. Every single member of staff from the pool attendant to the housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant had a smile, even security were present, but not in your face. The only thing that could be improved, as always, is the issue with the elevators. It's something that is historic for this building and they take forever to service each floor. I know that they are maintaining the other elevators and I assume trying to get them back in fully functioning form. Once that happens, I believe that the experience will be 100 percent perfect. Sometimes you could be waiting for 10 minutes just to get the elevator to reach your floor and when you're trying to get downstairs to jump in your grab car that's waiting. It's no joke. One final little request that could make the experience a little better, is to update and refurbish the equipment in the gym. and put the aircon system back in fully working operation, And double cheque some of the water pressure issues with the showers at times. At times you would get hot water, other times you'd get lukewarm water. Sometimes it would be full force, other times it would be a dribble. These are minor issues though. And overall, my experience compared to previous times was outstanding.
