Good hotel next to the Mall. Great buffet breakfast and a gym. Rooms are adequate size and comfortable beds. Definitely great hot water in the shower. Would refund you can afford it

Lim Ket Kai Luxe has been my go-to hotel in Cagayan de Oro. Mainly because there are very few choices. Rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet has enough selections and variety. It is most ideal because of its location. Accessible to all sorts of transportation (public, TNVS, etc), while it is geographically far from the Laguindingan Airport, the airport shuttle service terminal is located strategically at the Lim Ket Kai Mall nearby. A big plus for those who plan to commute to and from the airport. The hotel also has a decent swimming pool and fitness and wellness center (although I didn't get to visit and use this trip).

We stayed at 1A Express Inn during a recent business trip and had a smooth, comfortable experience. The place was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and everything matched the photos and descriptions online—which is always a great sign. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, making check-in and our overall stay hassle-free. It’s a reliable choice for travelers who want a straightforward, no-frills stay with everything as expected. No complaints at all.

I booked three rooms to stay in at CDO Grace Residence Hall for my family, I can say that, it was a great and comfortable experience here in Cagayan De oro City.
