Amazing
TTomazzI recently stayed at Hotel Lumen and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are delightfully spacious and modern, much larger than what you usually find, with comfortable king size bed. The bar deserves a special mention: they serve excellent drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening at also to see the lightshow from or going out to the patio Location-wise, it's very convenient depending on your plans – close to metro and within easy reach of both the city center and other areas. Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, and the area is sufficient. The front desk service is warm. There are not many barriers to communication in Portuguese and English. The breakfast is purely Western style, and the egg tarts are also delicious. Don't buy water from the bar. Two bottles of water are 15 euros. There is a supermarket next door in about ten minutes' walk. Water is very cheap.

GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.

SSamya16I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.

AAihechadeyangguangmaoThe location of the hotel is excellent and the facilities are very good. But the service is really bad. First, the friend's room can't be done. Find the service staff to wait for a long time! It is very troublesome to check in.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.

AAnonymous UserThe room with bathroom inside the room with balcony. No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy. There is elevator, no problems with luggage. There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

PPQ1491The host didn't email the door code to me and there was no one answering the doorbell for the first three times my friends and I tried when it's raining heavily outside that day. I called the owner and they said they would open the door but they didn't and I had to call another time so that they would actually give us the door code to get into the building. The environment around the stay is very dirty, the road is full with dog poops everyday since morning and it smells very bad. My belonging is missing in the apartment when I'm very sure that it was still in the bathroom before we left the room. I'm not sure if the cleaner broke it or something else, but I asked them and they say there's nothing they can do about it. I don't mind if they broke it i just want an explanation about why is it missing and they just ignored me, instead they just say they couldn't find the item. The cleaner cleans the room everyday, the room is clean and is a nice place to sleep overall.

SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
