Excellent, 5 minutes from the airport, very clean and slept very well. Will for sure come back if I visit Lisbon again.

Nice location, staff are so helpful, 100% comfortable

The room was quite big size which I love because having my active daughter travel with me is very accommodating with the room size. Beside that the was clean, neat, cozy and comfortable. King bed was offered on the check in by the Receptionist (Mr.Mohamed), he was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The amenities in the are very complete. Bathroom with double sink is a star. Food for breakfast very delicious and variety of food and choices. Over all we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay there.

Good location for catching flights out of LIS. Accept dogs but charge an additional fee of €33. That does include a gift pack of a blanket, treats and a couple of nice collapsible bowls. Make sure you ask for it if you have a pet. The room is small, but efficient, unless you have a number of large suitcases. Even with pre check in you still need to present your passports and fill out forms with emails and phone numbers. Probably not worth the time to pre-check in.

We are very lucky be on time to take our flight. One more is the front desk staff was very willing to solve many questions for me. Her smiling face. I can’t forget. If I need to stay in hotel that near airport. This is my first choice.

Everything is nice and clean in my private room and public areas. Property manager Patricia is very responsive and friendly to offer airport pickup and drop off service out of normal working hours.

Nice location. It’s close to the train station and has 24 hours reception which is suitable for whom arrive there late.

Don't get fooled by the airport taxi. It costs just around 10 euros to get to the hotel from the airport

I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.
