The room was very clean and spacious, and there was no noise from motorcycles to disturb my sleep. They also offered free coffee. It's very close to Tiger Kingdom and Jungle Flight, and getting to Coral Island was super fast.

What a wonderful hotel! Everything was perfect. The grounds are incredibly beautiful, the pool is lovely, and the ladies at the front desk are absolute sweethearts – so kind, helpful, and always smiling, answering all our questions. The breakfast is very diverse and delicious. Room cleaning is daily and very thorough.
I left my shorts at the hotel, and they found them and sent them back to me, for which I'm incredibly grateful to the hotel!!
The only minor drawback was the clogged drain in the shower; a lot of water would accumulate and wouldn't drain, but everything else at this hotel completely overshadowed that.
So I recommend it to everyone; for such a small price, it's 100/10🔥

This review's rating is based on the price. At over 1000 per night during peak season, the value for money is just too low; I don't recommend staying here.
What was okay:
1. Breakfast was decent.
2. The pool was decent.
What wasn't okay:
1. The front desk staff's attitude was inconsistent, sometimes good, sometimes bad.
2. I was assigned a room right next to the elevator (often considered undesirable). Even after expressing my dissatisfaction on the spot, they didn't change it. I'd seen many posts on Xiaohongshu about Chinese guests being given rooms at the beginning or end of hallways, and it turns out it's true.
3. The location is a bit out of the way. You have to walk a fair bit to get to Kata, making it less convenient than similarly priced hotels near Kata Night Market.
4. During my five-day stay, one day the towels weren't changed, another day the floor wasn't cleaned, and one morning, before 10 AM, a cleaner walked in while I was using the toilet – that was really awkward.
5. The facilities are old. The safe was broken on the first day, and I had to call someone to fix it late at night. The door lock was constantly faulty; whether it would open depended on the lock's mood.
Based on all of the above, I won't be coming back.

I'd say it was just so-so. We brought my wife and child here for Chinese New Year, and paying just over 1,000 baht a night was acceptable. We booked a family room, but they gave us one of the furthest rooms from the lobby and restaurant, which was a long walk (maybe because we checked in very late that day). Anyway, I was mentally prepared before coming, so I was fine with whatever room they gave us. There are two 7-Elevens, one on each side of the hotel, both about a 3-5 minute walk away. Kata Beach is about an 8-minute walk, so it's very close and convenient.
Service: Too many people, so you barely feel any special service.
Environment: Personally, I think only the rooms by the pool offer a beautiful environment. The pool is nice, and the slide is good. That's a plus.
Cleanliness: Average. There were ants in the room. We didn't mind, but I have to be honest.
Facilities: This hotel is about 7-8 years old. The amenities in the room are comparable to a Quanji Hotel back in China.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yama Hotel in Phuket! This was our holiday in Thailand, and it turned out to be truly fantastic from start to finish.
What stood out the most was the staff. Every single team member was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of, always greeting us with genuine smiles and offering help whenever we needed it. Their kindness and professionalism made such a big difference to our overall experience.
The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and enjoyable, and it was the perfect place to come back to after exploring Phuket. We felt well looked after the entire time.
We would definitely come back anytime and highly recommend Yama Hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our holiday so special!

We stayed for 6 nights with both sets of parents and our kids, booking three rooms. The location is truly excellent. The breakfast area is right on the beach, so close you could say the hotel is practically on the sand. Beach chairs cost 200-300 baht a day, which we used for two days. The water was quite blue, and both the seniors and children loved it. Right outside the hotel, there's a taxi service, which was very convenient for our group of seven. Across from the hotel is a 7-Eleven, and there's a small night market next door. The main night market is about a 15-minute walk away. There are plenty of food options and massage places nearby, so overall, it's very convenient.
The rooms we got had great views. I had emailed the hotel in advance, so maybe that's why. The rooms were also quite spacious, so no issues there. Breakfast was pretty standard, typical Western fare. There weren't many Chinese guests at this hotel, but all three seniors in our group were able to find something they liked, probably because there were noodles and rice available in the mornings. I didn't encounter any of the negative issues mentioned in other reviews. Our housekeeper was lovely; when my parents asked for a comb that the hotel didn't have, she kindly offered her own.
I think it offered good value for money, and at least all seven of us were quite satisfied.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Kraam Silhouette Hotel & Cafe. The hotel is quiet, beautifully designed, and ideal for solo travelers who value calm, comfort, and cleanliness. The modern minimalist style gave the space a cozy yet elegant vibe.
The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with strong WiFi and all essentials provided. I loved waking up to natural light and having peaceful mornings with a coffee at the on-site café.
The location was also perfect for me; close enough to Rawai Beach and a short Bolt ride to diving piers, Hanuman World, and Karon. I also felt very safe as a young woman traveling alone, which means a lot.
Staff were polite, respectful, and helpful when I needed anything. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Phuket with aesthetics, calm, and comfort; this place is a perfect match. Would absolutely come back!

This is a very cozy, clean, pleasant hotel.
We recommend, price / quality 👌
The only thing is that the rooms facing the road are noisy even if you close everything, but it does not bother us.
If you like real silence, ask for a room on the other side of the hotel, when booking on booking or trip.com, indicate this in the comments, but in high season, like now, you will get a free room, because the hotels in Phuket are now overcrowded.
Home cozy atmosphere, the rooms are super clean and well-kept, you can feel the owner's hand 🤚

The hotel is generally comfortable and pleasant.
Pros:
• The staff are very friendly and helpful.
• Except for the early morning rooster crowing, the surroundings are quiet.
• The balcony in the third-floor room is spacious and great for relaxing.
• Two bottles of water are provided every day, which is a nice touch.
Areas for Improvement:
• Room keys are kept in a plastic basket at the reception, where anyone could take them — this doesn’t feel very secure.
• The hair dryer switch is broken, so it can only be turned on and off by plugging and unplugging it.
• There are quite a lot of ants in the room.

GGuest UserA huge thank you to our interpreter, Bennet! He helped us navigate the menu, recommended some fantastic hidden dishes, and his Chinese translation service was absolutely top-notch! He was professional yet incredibly friendly. We highly recommend him! He even went above and beyond when my brother got sunburned; despite being on holiday himself, he contacted the hotel to send up some aloe vera. So incredibly thoughtful!!
DDonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style. The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean.
That is all you can see.
Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules.
If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.
AAnonymous UserThe resort isn't very big, a rectangular area, and the villa section takes up a significant portion, so there's limited space for activities. BUT! There's a beautiful, uncrowded beach, haha! The coastline is very long, which is a huge plus.
The rooms seem to have been renovated; they're a mix of new and old. For instance, some of the bathroom fixtures are clearly old, but the doors, windows, and furniture look new. At the very least, the grout and wall seams have been redone and look pristine. The air conditioning is incredibly efficient, and the room is well-insulated – even after being out with the power off for half the day, it's still chilly when you come back in. The room provides a clothes drying rack on the balcony for dripping wet clothes and swimsuits, which is a thoughtful touch.
However, the BBQ buffet dinner, which costs over 2000 THB per person, doesn't include any basic beverages, only water. The BBQ items are so few you can count them on one finger, non-BBQ items on another finger, and desserts/fruits on a third finger. There were only two or three seafood options. My child is sensitive, so after removing what they couldn't eat, spicy dishes, and disliked flavors, there was almost nothing left! Can you believe we couldn't find two dishes they'd dare to eat from the entire buffet?
The breakfast selection is much richer than the dinner buffet, and it's only a quarter of the price... but the dishes were exactly the same every day. After two days, we started missing 7-Eleven. This isn't some isolated island with supply difficulties; would it be so hard to come up with more rotating menus? Please offer more variety for guests staying multiple nights.
GGuest UserI would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay)
- I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable)
- When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room
- After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases
- After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets
- I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say)
- When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier
- We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO)
- Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up
- All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made
Sorry for the long review but I was not too impressed
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Graceland Phuket and would happily return. The resort is beautifully maintained, with large pools, direct beach access, and a relaxed atmosphere that still feels close to the action in Patong.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping that was always reliable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to any requests we had.
BBozhi5XThis hotel is excellent; every time I visit Phuket, I stay here. It's a Banyan Tree branded apartment-hotel, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. You can dine at the hotel or cook your own meals in the room, which is very convenient! This was my first time back since the pandemic, and I feel like the Laguna complex (where the hotel is located) and the town outside have improved significantly. There are many more restaurants, bars, and cafes, and a large new shopping mall has been built. The area is filled with European and American guests, offering global cuisine plus a vibrant Thai nightlife – truly an ideal holiday destination! Coming in December, the weather is particularly comfortable, not hot in the mornings or evenings; it's probably the best season in Thailand. Laguna, the largest resort in Asia, features 12 Banyan Tree branded hotels, all connected by a lagoon. Ferry boats can transport guests from one hotel to another's private beach, as well as to other hotels, allowing them to enjoy the beautiful views of the Andaman Sea, and access various hotel restaurants, spas, and golf courses. The most important thing is the exceptional sense of safety and peace of mind guests experience!
Hhellenxiao831Reading other reviews made me a bit nervous at first, but after checking in, I found it to be absolutely wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the Thai-style gardens and pool were fantastic. Plus, the hotel is right on the beach – just a short walk from our room, which was incredibly convenient. My child loved it so much they didn't want to leave!
The only downside is that there's nothing much outside the hotel; it's a bit isolated. So, if you're looking for a relaxing hotel stay with family fun, this place is perfect. There are a few restaurants by the sea, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's really great! I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.
TTtpdnnThe room was okay, but it was incredibly noisy with poor soundproofing. The shower in the bathroom had low water pressure and wasn't warm enough, making for a cold shower. Breakfast had very few options and didn't taste good. However, the location was great, very close to Big C and Banzaan Seafood Market, both within a 10-minute walk.
XXiaolian2019We actually stayed here for five consecutive days! It was a very pleasant stay, and I really wanted to write more! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The owner is Chinese and has been consistently upgrading the linens. The service was attentive; one night, our Indian neighbors were on a loud call at 2:30 AM, and the owner, contacted via WeChat, promptly resolved the issue! The guesthouse environment is very comfortable, with squirrels, cats 🐱, and other small animals! The sea is right outside the door, as is a local night market! The food stalls at the entrance are also affordable and delicious 😋! I loved it! And for only two to three hundred during peak season, the price is unbeatable!!
MMrV12341234LOVED our stay here and would recommend the place to others. See my below pros and cons.
Pros:
-the staff was very friendly. They all worked very hard to make sure the guests are happy.
-The food was delicious (especially the curry’s). Everything is good except maybe some of the western things like the hamburgers. Stick with the Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average.
-The rooms were very clean. No bugs.
-They provided us a very nice crib for our nine month old
-we never once heard our neighbors, or any guests, through the walls.
-The ac worked great.
-There is a free shuttle to old town Phuket each day (but see cons below on this).
You can use the Bolt or Grab app to call a taxi. This is much cheaper than the on site taxi.
-Free ride to and from the local beach (it’s not realistic to walk there because the road is too steep).
-The beach is very quiet compared to most beaches in Phuket. There is a bar at the beach that serves all kinds of drinks.
There are free beach chairs for you. If they are all taken the staff has large picnic mats for you to use (see below for negatives about the beach)
-beach area has a small children’s playground. One of those plastic castle style climb / slide things. There is also two small football (soccer) goals and a volleyball net.
-the beach is really nice in its own way. The sand and water is not as beautiful as other Phuket beaches, especially those on the west side, but the views of the nearby islands make it very serene and something the west side beaches don’t have. If you’re not coming to snorkel and see fish, it’s a good beach. There is also lots of shade if needed.
-you get one free kayak rental per stay
-The sheets in the room were changed every day and were very clean and comfortable
-The hot water was really hot and never ran out.
-our room had a mini fridge that worked great and had a little freezer section.
-The pool is very clean, cool, and relaxing. You can order drinks right in the pool
-The upper pool has an amazing view of the Thai islands. Make sure to get to the pool early (8-9am) and secure a chair or two if you plan to have a pool day.
-speaking of the view, because you’re on the east side, there are many islands in the distance, making the view’s spectacular. The west side beaches you’re looking out into open ocean. Here you see mountains and hills in the distance.
Cons:
-they give your room 2 water bottles each day, but you’re stuck at the resort unless you hire a taxi. So we had to continually buy water from the desk or restaurant until we went out to the 7-11 (I recommend stopping at a convenience store on your taxi ride to the resort and stock up on water, drinks, snacks etc that you enjoy)
-you have to get a taxi everywhere, even to a convenience store.
-There is a small store on site that sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs, cigarettes, etc. but it was never open. We got really frustrated because our 9 month old uses water for his formula and we simply couldn’t get enough water, so we had to repeatedly ask to use the store and then a worker finally came and let us buy some water.
-Our room did not have electric outlets next to the bed (could be a pro for some?). Actually, there was only one outlet in the room that was reasonably accessible to charge phones. (Plug outlets are multi purpose, had USA & Europe holes)
-The snorkeling is terrible at the Supalai beach. Very murky and cloudy water (The tides are rather extreme here, hundreds of feet of shore line exposed), leaving a muddy/marsh like area at the beach each evening. We even did a day trip over to Naka Yai island and Nahka noi island and the snorkeling was also pointless because the water is so cloudy. If you plan to snorkel don’t stay in the east side. But if you just want to side by the shore, relax, and get in for a quick dip… the beach is ok.
-No cloths line In Room to hang wet clothes / beach towels
-the free shuttle into town only seats 11 people so you need to r
