"This is one of the cleanest and most cozy hotels I've stayed in. I had a 4 bedroom bunk bed that is very comfortable for 4 people. The shared bathrooms were unique for a hotel so I was kind of hesitant in the beginning but upon seeing it in person, I was amazed at how clean and spotless, and well maintained it is. I will definitely stay here again and highly, highly recommend!"
"Really nice place, theres lots of place to eat. Good access to cities. Could've better if they had humidifier since the room was too dry. 9 outta ten. Def come back soon."
"Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends. So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again. Oh forgot to mention, get a river view room, it's surely worth the price difference."
"Great location right next to Broadway RedLine metro. The hotel is very clean and quiet for a good sleep. It will be even better if can install more lighting inside the room. Room size is also good for a family of 3."
"The staff at front desk are very helpful and polite. The hotel offers coffee machine at lobby and guests could enjoy cups of coffee at any time. The location of hotel is excellent which most part of Boston can be reached by walking within 40 minutes."
"A goon and clean hotel. Friendly front office staffs. Good location and just a stone throw away from the train station. Special thanks to Diego from the front office that help me on everything."
"Love it. I come here for Boston Marathon. It is so convenient that I walk like turtle after race and arrive the hotel within 15 minutes. I can rest and take a nap immediately after race."
"The staffs are very nice and the room is very clean. Moreover, There are a lot of parking spaces for SUVs. Recommend to book this hotel again."

Great
GGuest UserWe spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe place is really nice, it was decorated all around and had greats lighting and sceneries. The rooms are also really cozy and have a lot of stuff like a small fridge, hair dryer, cabinets, you can customize the lights in the shower and the blinds with an IPad and the tv facing the bed is really nice. Furthermore it’s pretty quiet there. Awesome place, really worth it for the price
AAllen1119I had a nice stay at Moxy Boston. The hotel is modern and clean, and the location is very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The room was small but comfortable, good for a short stay.
GGuest UserGreat location for exploring Boston with subway and bus service a very short walk from hotel. Subway is cheap and very efficient way to get around. Hotel rooms are spacious and reception team are very welcoming and helpful. If you want to visit the theatres or Chinatown both are only a few minutes walk. Like any hotel there are downsides.... The includes breakfast option is not correct, you get an allowance towards breakfast which does not cover the cost, also breakfast service can be very good or very bad over the 8 days we stayed we experienced both. Evening meals are OK but you can get much better a few minutes walk away. Whilst the hotel is generally well sound insulated for an old building which has been sympathetically converted to an hotel it does not help on a Saturday night, The local nightclub is extremely popular with long queue's down the street, the ones who cannot get in seem to have a weekly rave on the adjoining multi storey car park until around 3am. The noise is incredible and despite this being a weekly occurrence the hotels complaints seem to be ignored by the local authorities. My advice is to either be prepared and accept the inconvenience or avoid staying on a Saturday Night, the same applies to all the other hotels in the immediate vicinity, especially the one with the Candibar nightclub in its basement! Overall a good hotel which could be even be great if the onsite restaurant was improved, the ”includes breakfast” listing was correctly worded, and the local authorities took action about the unsociable noise. Final word of praise for the super reception staff who really go the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay.
GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!
GGuest UserIt's within 5 mins walk to Red line JFK train station. And the hotel has free shuttle to Airport and Convention center. There's a microwave in the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the free cookies are nice too.
HHi there!Newly renovated room with very comfortable bed/beddings and good temperature control system. Conveniently located to shopping and other tourist sites. Also easily accessible to Prudential station.
GGuest UserI got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!
FfterraboI recently had the pleasure of staying at Yotel and overall, I was highly impressed by the level of service and the prime location of the hotel. Service: The service was exceptional. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, the staff members were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel truly valued as a guest.
