"Thank you so much for an incredible stay! We loved our room, the rate, the breakfast, gym, and the location. I will stay each time I visit Columbia. By far one of the best visits."
"The hotel room was good and quiet. Only thing what was not Ok, thery didn't make up my room. Maybe forgotten, but I was coming back to the room in the evening, so no chance to get it."
"Here it felt like Christmas morning every day complete with a hearty breakfast every morning! And the hospitality was truly top-notch. Too cold to swim, but I did get my workout on. Overall, it was a great experience."

"My room is right next to a parking tower, so I can't open the curtains! I've stayed for two days in a row, and it doesn't feel good! The service ladies are good! Bed is good! Thank you!"
"My daughter and I stay here for daddy daughter night for women's basketball. The location is perfect as you can walk to the arena and the service is always amazing. It is an older hotel and they charge for parking even though it is a dedicated lot - seems that would be included as they aren't validating from a garage. Breakfast wasn't the best this year but is included- we will be back."
"Shower hard to operate. No regular coffee in room, $200 deposit paid for incidentals at check in… today I have a bill charge taken out of $119.25, instead of the credit of $200 back . I had already paid the reservation in full to Trip.com before check in. Front desk staff was very rude during entire stay. Most problematic even still was that I did NOT have wifi connection during the entire stay! Had to use my cellular data in the room all during the night … front desk never resolved nor seemed concerned about not having wifi access , nor did they offer a solution or compensation. We sat out front of the hotel for over 3 hours trying to come up with the $200 credit card to “authorize” for incidentals. Not the best experience for my birthday or ever! Calling hotel now about the non return of my $200 and double paying for the room that we only in from 10:30 pm- 12:15 next day!"
"That's a very nice hotel with free parking. The space on the first floor is huge with different areas. The room was super cozy with good shower, bed. We liked it there! Also, the breakfasts were okay. It's nice that they have a variety of tea to choose from."

TTing YunStaying on campus was a very comfortable experience. With a gym and bike rental available downstairs, everything was super convenient. The only drawback was the lack of a main light in the room, but overall, it was a great place to stay.
GGuest UserMy only knock is the water pressure in the shower is lacking. I initially didn't think I would be able to take a shower as the water fell so close to the wall. After turning the hot water up higher than I normally would, the pressure increased enough to make it possible. Aside from that everything was great and the people were all nice that I interacted with. Will book here again when I travel to Columbia again.
Jjames michaelRoom picture on website didn't exactly match the room i got. The tv thought it was December 28, 2004 which meant the channel guide was useless (front desk said technician was coming next day). Our toilet was on and off running most of the night. The TV was off to the right side of the bed as opposed to right in front of it like most hotel rooms. Buffet breakfast had some odd hot alternatives versus the usual scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage potatoes. Overall, just a 3 out of 5.
GGuest UserHighly recommend this downtown Columbia hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming service. One of the highlights was the food truck in the lobby, serving up delicious eats that added to the overall experience. Can't wait to come back!
RRWatersThe front desk staff were super accommodating and friendly! As were all of the employees at this location. Everyone went out of their way to make sure people were cared for. It’s close to most places in Irmo.
GGuest UserLOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HOTEL!, W/ THEIR AMAZING SENSE OF Quietness and being undisturbed and relaxed the whole stay. Always putting the guests first. I highly recommend these guys. Been coming here for over 20 years. Easy on the pockets also!
GGuest UserStayed here for a Gamecocks football game. Great to avoid the traffic. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.
GGuest UserWe went out for breakfast about 8:15 no plates, no orange juice, no milk, no toast a couple of muffins and only enough batter for one waffle very disappointing. I had an appointment at the VA later and was expecting breakfast before I went
