GGuest UserOn the positive side, the location is excellent - in a peaceful neighborhood, yet I was in easy walking distance to the Convention Center and lots else, with a centrol location for pretty much wherever you’d like to go, as well as decent parking options.  It is also a lovely historic property full of character.  On the flip side of being old, it seems that every door sticks when you try to open or close it and it is not friendly for those who need accessibility, with stairs here and there you have to lug your suitcase up.  Back on the bright side, the little black cat who hangs out around the place is adorable and sweet and made my day whenever I ran into it.

GGuest UserClean rooms, friendly front desk service. Restaurant and bar are closed but it’s right across the street from the tobacco factory and it’s food and environment are amazing! Great location and safe area to walk the streets too! We will be back for sure!

The location is very good, in the center of the historic district of Richmond, walking to the State Parliament Building and Davis's former residence (that is, the Southern ”White House”) are relatively close; 2. The room is clean and hygienic; All services are good; 4. Guests who have not been to the hotel need to be reminded: Apple car navigation will mislead to another open-air parking lot near the hotel; In fact, the car should drive to the entrance of the hotel first (the mark is not obvious, see the photo for details) and pause for a while. After going to the front desk to check in, you can drive into the hotel's indoor parking lot with your room card (the hotel's exclusive parking lot is 5-7 floor). Vehicles must swipe the room card to enter and exit this parking lot, remember!

GGuest UserI wonder if the sheets have been changed? The sheets of both beds are dirty! A hotel that costs more than 1,000 yuan a night is really not worth it. There is not even a bottle of bottled water! The hair dryer is broken again! Very bad, very bad
